OnePoint has so many features, after 3 years of using the system I know I'm still not using them all. **What problems is ONEHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll processing is easy (once you know the steps required and how timeclock ties in), easy report writing ### 4. Timekeeping and having employees responsible for submitting their own timesheets. Having the ability to login from a mobile device. **What do you dislike about ONEHCM?** I am still learning the system, so far I cannot pinpoint any dislikes. **What problems is ONEHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of hours worked, sick, vacation. There is no alert that an employee is requesting time off.
