Its a very useful tool that allows us to get contracts signed and also easily store the documents. The billing department is absolutely terrible. They don't take online payment which is ABSURD for 2024. I live in the US so I had to wire money to them through Western Union costing me more money. I also requested cancelation at the same time and now 7 months past the payment, they're telling me again that I have outstanding debt. I strongly suggest avoiding this company. Oneflow is a great tool, which is intuitive, easy to use and allows you and your contracting party to work in the contracts simultaneously.
