**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

How user friendly it is and how easy it is to set up.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

It is a bit messy and a lot of different places to change things. Would also like there to be a way to look at all the documents regardless of which folder it is in and not needing to click on every specific folder each time - like a "see all" button. I aso miss the oportunity to send out automatic reminders when a signee haven't signed the document yet.

Sending out contracts and other things to clients.

The strength of OneFlow is its adaptability. You can create your quotes and automate them according to your needs and field of activity.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

OneFlow is new in my company, and several errors and poor practices have appeared. Causing problems during the creation of quotes, etc... OneFlow remains a new tool to be improved and optimized to be effective.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneFlow allows us to have e-signatures, which in principle make us more efficient. Moreover, it allows us to adapt our offers to clients and automate many tasks.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

In my previous position I have always dreamed of a responsive mobile friendly offer/contract to send to my clients. Now as an independent IT-consultant OneFlow was an easy choice for my paperless ambitions.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

I would like to edit the css/borders/spacing in my contracts
I would also like to add in line text input to easier migrate a template where this is applied wich is quite common I have discovered, it works but adds weird spacing between sections.

Sending out offers that look profesional, having a digital archive with contracts

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

The service was easy and quick to implement. We have only been using Oneflow for a few weeks, but it has already sped up the process of creating and sending contracts. Additionally, it is integrated with the HR system, which significantly reduces manual work. Contract templates are also very easy to modify on your own.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Oneflow does not yet work with the HR system in the other direction, meaning that the information added during the signing process would transfer directly to the HR system. This is actually the only weakness I have noticed with this short experience.

Reduce the number of errors and facilitate the management and monitoring of contracts. Additionally, speed up the contract process.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

We use it for all sort of contracts from employee to customer deals. Very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Could be more options for customizations of templates, the way it looks etc. It does not look very good when using it on the phone (mostly employees when they open it to sign a contract). Would be very helpful with an app for daily use.

Saving time with doing everything online, gives me a huge amount of time for other stuff.

It makes contract signing a swift task, without it being over-technical. It's simple enough for all colleagues to use yet feature-rich when we need it to be.

Easy to get started, easy to use and keeps the signing process personal and collaborative with the clients.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Not being able to remove participants once someone has signed, without having everyone sign again. Although, I do see the reason for this.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hits the sweet spot between physical contracts and simple "accepts" via e-mail, making it very simple to send out proposals which offer the clients the time they need for review, while making it easy for them to sign in seconds when a decision's been made.

The onboarding process was really nice and very easy to implement. Great assistance and very pro-active from their side. We, as a company, are still in the process of getting to use it more often and for all contracts.

The role of 'limited access' is really limited. I would like to see a bit more options as limited role.

The proposals we can send out are really nice-looking and many options in automation of the process.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

Oneflow's integration with Salesforce has immensely streamlined our contract management process.
The ability to trigger contract creation and sending through Salesforce Flows has been a critical feature for us, enabling real-time responsiveness to sales activities.
Additionaly, the ability to run automations directly within Salesforce on contract status changes, reacting to actions such as viewing the contract and signing, is a significant time saver.
The Sales Team actively utilizes the tool to generate roughly 500 contracts each month without encountering any grievances.
The setup & implementation process for the main functionalities is straightforward, and we’ve found the customer support to be exceptionally helpful, guiding us through each step with patience and expertise.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

In the initial months, we encountered some minor bugs, which seemed to stem from the relatively recent launch of the Oneflow for Salesforce package. However, the support team's prompt and efficient resolution of these issues has been impressive. We've also observed that the standard components within the Oneflow for Salesforce package could benefit from more customization options, as the current setup can be limiting when specific adjustments are required.

Oneflow is adeptly solving our need for streamlined contract management and automation. It facilitates a highly efficient workflow for our Sales Team by integrating smoothly with Salesforce, allowing us to generate and manage contracts directly tied to sales activities. This integration reduces the manual input required, mitigating the risk of human error, and greatly accelerates the contract lifecycle. The automation of contract statuses, updated in real-time based on customer interactions, ensures that our team is always informed and can act promptly.

The ability to collaborate with my colleagues on contracts, and edit clauses at a moment's notice. I also like the new AI function!

Sometimes it is hard to find a contract, but I think that is just best practice on our side.

Collaboration on contracts, I have used other e-signing services before that made it very difficult to collaborate, but now it is easy to find a contract and ask others questions about it.

I appreciate the feature that allows you to effortlessly add viewers and colleagues to each contract. Additionally, the ability to save and create templates is a time-saving convenience, eliminating the need to start from scratch with a new contract every time.

If the candidate has signed and I make any changes, they need to sign again. However, I understand why it is this way.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

Easy to use, great tools to help and improve the contract's quality. Good to share between different teams. I also like the option to sign on behalf of someone, as we use this in our business when someone has agreed to open a Bidfood account etc.
We use it frequently for all our sales contracts.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

If you've made the contract and someone else wants to use it, it can be irritating they have to wait for you to sign it - could give the option for you to share the contract but not have to sign it.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

Easy to use user interface. Good first-time user experience, it is easy to get going the first time using Oneflow.
Oneflow has continuous releases throughout the year, which improves the products, which is nice.

Fast to implement and get going. Great, supportive and fast contact with support and our Customer Success manager.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

There are some very small aspects that I dislike. Eg. how the "adress book" works. It could be hard to search for a contact, there a separated adress books based on workspaces, colleagues or counter-parties.

There could be some more bulk-update options to make it more convenient for an admin user. Eg. bulk update in user management, user rights, and in document managent.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has majorly removed physical management of documents at our work place. The process from drafting a document, having it signed, to archived and ready to implement is faster.

**What do you like best about Oneflow?**

I really like the template builder, its ease of use is best in class in this market. Getting the Salesforce integration up and running was also smooth, and we got good help from our Oneflow contact when we had some questions about licensing. We haven't really implemented it fully into our sales organization yet but that's due to internal matters, Oneflow with all its features is not to blame

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

You need to prepare the organization beforehand going from no contracts or ad-hoc contracts to using Oneflow templates can be a challenging process.

We use it to send proposals to our B2B customers.

Making offers is very easy and you can customize your offer how you like it. One good feature is automatic reminders which save time to sales persons. Other good feature is that Oneflow offers multiple native integrations for example HubSpot.

Sometimes Oneflow doesn´t save updates what I have made.

The process from contract entry to client reciept is very seamless.  It make editing and use of frequent actions fairly easy to handle - even for those who are not product savvy.  Integration of our company documents and he support from the Oneflow team made things that much faster and recognisable.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

There used to be issues with CRM integration but I believe those have now been solved between the OneFlow rep.

Making it more seamless to ship contracts our for client review, edits and also following the timeline of the document itseld - from sending, viewing/opening, signing.

The main thing that I like about Oneflow is that there's no such thing that is difficult with Oneflow. Highly recommend!

One thing I use Onflow for is to make offers to my clients, and I really miss that the program would calculate the VAT.

I love how Oneflow works and what I can do with that. It is the best contract tool I've ever used. Support has been really helpful as well.

Nothing. I like Oneflow a lot, especially now that Pipedrive integration is much better than it used to be.

The ability to store company contact information isnt allways as reliable and easy accessed as I would like.

I really enjoy the integration between HubSpot and OneFlow. I use this every week when creating contracts for customers. It saves me time to work on other things, which is always appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Sometimes when updating the text in a template the font or size of text gets messed up and it can be tricky to fix it. I would like a better or easier tool to change the fonts and sizing.

Collecting signatures fast and easy. Sending automatic reminders to the customer that their contract is about to expire.

It's not the easiest to set up new rules for the contracts. I feel like it's hard to find stuff sometimes in the options.

The ease of creating offer templates to send out to your prospects. Also, the connection with Salesforce is great, allowing you to automate certain processes.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

The look and feel of the offer can be improved. Maybe we need to invest more time to find out how we can make the offer as smooth as possible.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minimize time by sending a proposal to a prospect and keep track of the process. Also, the dashboarding is nice to get a good overview of the offers and stages.

We have previously been using a competitor to Oneflow. I was very impressed  with the onboarding and after that we have been smooth journey together. The features are great but also the implemenation together with the customer support that makes it very easy to be a client.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

Nothing major, would be nice with a deal room.

**What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reduced the time for creating a contract from 1 hour to 10 min which include reviewing. We see less misstakes in the contract than previously when we mainly used word/pdf.

What is considered best about Oneflow is that it allows for the creation of smooth templates that can easily be used for different purposes.

It can be difficult to find among agreements if one is not careful with the names that the agreements are given.

It's very easy to use and it's a great tool to understand how often your counterparty opens the contract and therefore asier for you to do follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

It's hard to do custom/bespoke contracts. It's definetely customizable, but pretty restricted.

we have some slight problems with the integrations with hubspot. Otherwise its all good.

Contracts are easy to find and use for different purposes. The different workspaces allow different people to access exactly what is needed, when needed.

**What do you dislike about Oneflow?**

There is a limited amount of folders per view, so in some workspaces sub-folders are needed to be created e.g., aplhabetically.

Filing and getting people to sign contracts used to be a hassle. Oneflow has significantly eased both processess, and accessing contracts is now must faster and simpler.

I love how easy it is to collect signatures and how smooth it is to invite others as well as the saved contact list when signees are recurring.

It could be integrated with my email so that contacts are synced and e-mail addresses are imported. Otherwise very satisfied.

Easy to use and get supplier and contacts to sign agreements and amendments. Signing process is usally rather slow but with OneFlow it so quick and easy!
I can do all changes I need in the tool so I really like it.

User becomes inactive rather quickly in the OneFlow system so I need to reactivate them before everyone can sign the agreement. I just think that is my company policy to reduce the number fo users with deactivating inactive users.

The creation of templates is redundant for us, as we only send PDFs. Lacks a preview function, so I can see how it looks before I send it. Have difficulty creating and using templates in the dispatch box (such as subject and case)

I can't seem to change the settings for the party signing the agreement (as it's tied to a specific account).
