I don't like how complicated it is to sometimes find things, like templates vs documents. Why are they not in the same place? I don't like that I can not see that a document, after it has been altered, has been sent or not been sent to all participants with an alteration notifaction (if it gets sent, why am I myself not in CC) - if it does not get sent automatically, why not? It is important for all participants to be aware of a change. I wish that the connection with Hubspot was both ways, as in, you could create the document from both places and connect it to the database in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I would wish that there were integration possibilities into for example other CRM systems such as HubSpot to be able to connect the contract in OneFlow with the client card in the CRM system.
