"Fantastic tool for signing agreements"

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the tool, easy to understand for both us and our counterpart.

Also, that you are able to have a conversation inside the agreement AKA. the comments section. Perfect way to engage your counterpart in the agreement and have all changes saved in one place. I would say the this tool should be a standard in most businesses today. Our customers are usually interested in how we got a hold of this system and would like to know more. So there is definitly a spoken need for this in todays market.

What do you dislike?

So far, nothing really.

I enjoy working with this tool and highly recommend it.

It would be nice to have a integration to our CRM, but that is something we will be looking into soon on our own. Also an APP would be very nice to have. In order to look up details of an agreement on the move.

I highly recommend it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

*All agreements saved in one place. Perfect way to organize all of our agreements in one place, internal and extarnal agreements.

*Much more effective signing process. Skipping alot of parts in the signing process with this tool. In todays market where everything goes at ultraspeed its nice to get more effective in anyway you can. Oneflow helps us with this.

*No more fingerpointing, all questions and answers regarding agreements are saved in the comment section that the tool provides.

"Smidig hantering av dokument men saknar verktyg för uppföljning"

What do you like best?

Är att man direkt i skarpt läge kan justera i dokumentet ändra i texter, plocka bort boxar som man inte vill erbjuda till kund direkt i offert skrivandet utan att behöva gå in i någon mall för att få ändra text tex.

What do you dislike?

1. Jag saknar någon form av uppföljnings verktyg när man hanterar dom signerade offerterna internt. Ett exempel, vi skickar en offert till kund som signerar och vi får tillbaka offerten klar och grön i oneflow, det här jag saknar ett överskådligt sätt att kunna hantera offerterna. När offerten kommer tillbaka till oneflow grön så är oneflow jobbet klart men nu kommer ju vårt administrativa arbete. Jag saknar att kunna se alla signerade offerter vilka som då är hanterade eller inte om dom bara är i inkorgen eller om den är pågående eller klar i den administrativa hanteringen intern.

2. Att kunduppgifterna inte följer med när man ska fylla i motpart. När man fyller i kunduppgifterna så är det i nästan alla fall samma person som ska stå på motpart. Det hade sparat mycket tid om man inte behövde fylla i samma uppgifter igen under motpart med namn, mail och personnummer utan att det automatiskt hade följt med det man har skrivit under kunduppgifter..

3. När man trycker på Giltighetstid: vill jag direkt få fram en kalender att välja giltighets tid till. Ibland kan det kännas som att det är för många knapptryck på vissa moment.

Vi sparar tid genom att kunna skicka dokument för signering digitalt och vi får nöjdare kunder som kan få offerter snabbt skickade till sig.

"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."

What do you like best?

Beautiful and clean interface with an easy navigability. Great interactive template-functionality, its fast and simple to create templates for most every situation and then even easier to change according to individual circumstances (Unlike certain similar services were you only upload a physical document/PDF). Automatic reminders go out if the recipient hasn't answered it in time, as well as when they have signed, left a comment or asked to be contacted. All optimized to be mobile-friendly.

What do you dislike?

Two minor inconveniences. First, sometimes the e-mails sent by Oneflow is sorted as trash by the recipient since it is considered by certain e-mails to be more or less an automatic dispatch. (Probably goes for all services of this sort). Secondly and more importantly, while I understand and appreciate having both a ''Save Changes to Document'' and a ''Sign Document'' button. Having them baked into one (while stylistically genius) causes many to fill the document, save it and forget to sign it. So you have to remind every tenth person to actually sign it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

All considered I would say this is the best platform all-around for contract management, some minor pet-peeves holds it from the highest score but if you're handling a lot of contracts and looking for a program to make your year - Oneflow is it. Sure to be loved by simpletons as well as tech-geeks.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Saves administration time, greatly increases hiring-efficiency, better follow-up for both parties, easier to improve and/or change according to changes in the business, slices postage costs, easier collaboration between several recruiters/economy-department, enables oversight of recruiters work and efficiency for higher-ups.

"A great service"

What do you like best?

It's extremely easy to use for our users, which are mainly sales representatives. We are able to track the sales progress and it's easy for the customers to initiate a communication with the sales representative about the contract we have offered.

As an administrator, I am really fond of the template creation tool which allows me to create & update templates immediately on the fly.

What do you dislike?

We do not have an integration with our CRM (currently Oracle Siebel) which means that there are some copy & pasting of data between the two software.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have gained a better pace in the signing of contracts. There's also less hassle for the customers to sign the contracts compared to PDF files. We also know if the customer has received the contract.

"Gör affärer och skapa säkra avtal vart som helst, hur som helst!"

What do you like best?

Oneflow är grymt bra då det är lättanvänt, snabbt, webbaserat och självklart i molnet. Man kan använda en dator, platta eller mobil för att använda systemet. Det har aldrig varit enklare att skapa, dela och e-signera avtal. Och det fungerar för alla avtalstyper, som t ex affärsavtal, anställningsavtal, interna policy-avtal mm.

What do you dislike?

Möjligen att behörighetstyperna för att administrera avtal kan vara något svåra. Dock är det upp till oss själva att sätta detta behörigheter och bestämma vem som får ändra i mallar.

Börja redan idag. Du kommer inte ångra dig. Ta kontroll över era avtal och mallar.

Intelliplan utvecklar marknadens mest använda affärssystem för bemanning och tillsammans med Oneflow har vi ett partnerskap där vi har byggt en full integration mellan båda systemen. Såväl vi själva som våra kunder kan skapa olika avtal i Intelliplan-systemet och i bakgrunden hanteras avtalen via Onelflow. Det fungerar bra med smarta funktioner som notifieringar, påminnelser, delegera attesträtt mm. När ett avtal signeras så sammanfattas e-postdialogen snyggt i en PDF som kan laddas upp i affärssystemet där övriga inom företaget som har rätt att läsa avtalet, kan göra det.

USPAR:

- Sparar tid och pengar.

- Minimerar risker med att post försvinner, eller ökade portkostnader.

- Får koll på avtalen i hela företaget och alla skriver samma avtal från samma mallar.

- Tydlig kostnadskontroll per avtal.

- Signera med Mobilt bankid, SMS-verifiering eller e-post. Alla tre sätten är lika enkla och juridiskt bindande.

"Easy to use, secure and mobile friendly"

What do you like best?

Oneflow is easy to use and adopt into the processes of an organization. Oneflow is intuitive and doesn't intimidate the older generation which is great for change processes digitalizing companies. The need to haves are included, the nice to haves are excluded. HTML based software is great for mobile which importance is growing. Lastly, it is secure with certificates and verified counterparts.

What do you dislike?

Building on the base, I can see many more beneficial features being included. The UX could use an upgrade, dashboards would be appreciated and support for workflow. If I'm correctly informed, Oneflow is working on new releases in 2018 with improvements in the mentioned areas.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Software is very is easy simplifying the change process. Yet, don't underestimate the change process, it is people counting at the end of the day.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Archiving and mobility is greatly appreciated by our customers. Finding all agreements in one place is still an issue in many cases where no digital tool has been adopted. Furthermore, the processes departments have been redesigned for more efficient ways to arrive at a deal. Customers signal that they will likely role out Oneflow to more departments in the future.

"Oneflow förenklar vårt dagliga arbete"

What do you like best?

Enkelheten och effektiviteten. Oneflow är ett väldigt kraftfullt men samtidigt enkelt/smidigt verktyg som hjälpt oss effektivisera flera olika avtals- och dokumenthanteringsprocesser genom att integrera dessa till en. Vi behöver nu bara ett enda system för att skapa, skicka, signera, administrera och hantera alla våra avtal - både kund-, leverantörs- och anställningsavtal.

What do you dislike?

Jag kan inte påstå att det är något som jag direkt inte tycker om men jag anser att den tidigare Dashboarden var mer överskådlig och lättmanagerad så denna skulle de gärna få gå tillbaka till.

Oneflow har förenklat och effektiviserat hela vår avtalsprocess - från skapande till signering, administrering och uppföljning. Dels kan vi skapa nya avtal närsomhelst och varsomhelst samtidigt som vi aldrig behöver oroa oss över att vi skulle missa att förnya, omförhandla eller säga upp ett befintligt avtal.

"Professional Contract Management in an easy way"

What do you like best?

Easy to organize and keep track of your contracts. The flexibel HTML template editor makes this product a real time saver compared to document based solutions.

Also like the ability to import "old" document based contracts meaning you can collect all contracts in one place.

Would also like to give kudos to the support staff at Oneflow. Quick repsone and professional help at all times.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike about this product, it solves everething it promises

* We have moved all contract management to Oneflow, extrernal as well as internal

"Easy using Oneflow"

What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to learn and use, which I think is crucial for starting using a system like this.

What do you dislike?

The help center is somewhat limited. Would also like to be able to sort the views can be sorted in alfabetical order as well as being able to sort large customers into sub accounts.

Filing all the Agreements in one place and easy to access for the ones that needs them. Time saving on many levels.

"Great service and helpful staff! "

What do you like best?

This service help me a lot in the sales process, building quotes, managing pipeline and to reduce all the adim around signing contract. Most of all I like the more than helpful staff that goes out to their way to help out as well as listen feedback and feature request. (Olivia Frediksson is passionate!)

What do you dislike?

Too many clicks then you are modifying a quote from a template and I would like to have lock sections of the template according to roles, but hear this is coming soon.

"Örvergripande betyg för avtalhantering"

What do you like best?

Det jag tycker är bäst är att ledtiderna från skapade avtal till att de är signerade är så kort.

Det andra är spårbarheten i ändringar och notiser.

What do you dislike?

Det jag tycker mindre bra om är signeringsordningen som inte går att ändra och det andra är att det inte finns en gallringsfunktion för gamla avtal.

Pröva en demo för att se det enkla i systemet vilket jag uppskattar

Vi har sparat enormt med tid för våra medarbetare genom att inte behöva skicka ut papperskopior via post till alla som skall ha ett avtal, det andra är att vi skriver ut mindre papper så det blir miljövänligt också.

"Great application, would recommend."

What do you like best?

When you have learned how the program works it´s easy to use Oneflow to make custom contracts. Although I usually use the same template I can easily change up the contract for whatever deals I make with the counterpart. That is key to my work.

What do you dislike?

There is no fast overview were I can view the details of the contract. Just a simple overview were I don't have to load the contract every time would have been nice.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contracting smaller businesses. Although most of my counterparts never encountered this type of service most seem to get it very quickly.

Det bästa med Oneflow är att det var enkelt att komma igång. Det är tydligt och enkelt för de som signerar avtal med oss och det var relativt snabbt och smidigt att komma igång att göra egna mallar.

Jag kan inte säga att jag ogillar något specifikt. En utvecklingspotential är ytterligare möjligheter och förenklingar när man skapar mallar

"Very smooth and userfriendly"

What do you like best?

It´s quick to understand, easy to use, and it drives business. Even more important, it is fully integrated with our CRM UpSales.

What do you dislike?

It does take some time and effort to get started, but the support is excellent.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Instead of sending contracts by post or by e-mail, and spend 30 minutes going through changes over the phone, it's super smooth to negotiate the exact terms through Oneflow.

"Powerful and easy to use"

What do you like best?

The tool is easy to use and still much more powerful than other similar tools thanks yo the flexible templating and HTML features. From what we can tell our customers also like the simple interface.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike about it, features have also improved over time.

A lot less hassle with contract management and signing. The tool has decreased the time from a verbal agreement until the contract is signed. Powerful templating allows for a unified and consistent contracts.

"Easy to use and fast. "

What do you like best?

That its easy to work with. I really like to work with e-sign.

What do you dislike?

I like that it integrates with UpSales, our CRM.

It goes so much faster to get the contract signed. Before we send a word document and it could take a couple of weeks to get it back.

"Great tool which does exactly what it should!"

What do you like best?

Eliminates all unnecessary admin when it comes to signing contracts! The fact that you're using HTML pages and not actual files is key!

What do you dislike?

Nothing specific actually - minor feature requests but the OneFlow team keeps developing the product towards the right direction!

"Smidig avtalshantering"

Alla företagets olika avtal är samlade på samma ställe och kan lätt justeras. Även en bra Databas som samlar alla avtal digitalt.

What do you dislike?

önskar lite mer frihet i sammansättningarna av blocken för avtalet uppbyggnad. Stora mellanrum mellan olika block.

Kontrollen över avtalshanteringen. miljöaspekten med digitaliseringen. spar papper och porto och långa väntetider mellan postgångarna.
