OneFirmOS is the operating system for professional services firms. It brings practice management, bookkeeping, billing, proposals, a client portal, and built-in AI into one connected platform — so a firm runs on a single system instead of a patchwork of six disconnected tools. Most firms stitch together a separate app for each job: one for proposals, another for time and billing, another for documents, another for the client portal. Nothing connects, so the same client details get re-keyed again and again, and partners can’t see the true state of the practice without reconstructing it at month-end. OneFirmOS replaces that stack with one database. A proposal that’s accepted becomes an engagement, which becomes projects and tasks, which flow into time, billing, and the client portal — with nothing re-typed along the way. Every timer, invoice, proposal, and document runs through one platform, so the firm sees its pulse in real time. OneFirmOS is organized into three connected layers — Practice (work board, capacity, timesheets, engagements), Financial (billing, payments, sales tax, approvals), and Accounting (ledger, accounts, statements) — that share the same data end to end. Security is built in: field-level encryption, database-enforced tenant isolation, and in-region data residency with data hosted in Canada and the U.S. Onboarding is guided — data is mapped on upload and most firms are live within days, not months
