After using for a while I haven't needed to contact customer support yet, but they don't hide where to go for that. Its really easy to know where to go to get help. The initial setup and creation of the project was simple and straight forward. I am hoping to continue to use this a lot for my weekly projects. **What do you dislike about OneEntry?** I found that you really had to figure out how to use it on your own, since there wasn't any tutorial or guide to show you where everything was. If you wanted to make changes or add something, you had to search around and find the right place by yourself.
