Unlike tools that require separate services for logic, integration, and infrastructure, OneEntry provides an all-in-one backend for content, commerce, and business logic from day one. • Out-of-the-box modules for user management, authentication, headless e-commerce, forms, image optimization, notifications, events, and more • Built-in calendar for scheduling, bookings, and internal event management • Email marketing tools for campaigns, automations, and transactional messages • No plugin dependencies — all features are native and maintained by the platform • Custom Module support — extend logic with NodeJS, Python, or PHP • API-first and frontend-agnostic — works with any modern framework, library, or runtime: web, mobile, or custom • Real-time configuration of data structures and workflows via UI • Private cloud containers for every project, ready to scale automatically • Built-in CI/CD, monitoring, and automated backups for full reliability • Enterprise-grade security with mTLS, data isolation, and DDoS protection • Low-code integrations with external systems (CRM, ERP, payments, logistics), no DevOps required • Multilingual-ready for global teams and markets • Transparent pricing that fits any stage — startup to enterprise • Free Plan available — explore without setup or commitment

## OneEntry Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Navigation Makes OneEntry Beginner-Friendly and Approachable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian F. | Unemployed, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

The most helpful thing about OneEntry was how easy it was to access and navigate around the webpage. If you understand what you’re looking at and what you need, everything is already set up in a way that works well for beginners. You also have a translator, dark and light mode, and a helpful customer service box. Overall, the simple navigation really highlights how approachable the platform is, which helps boost beginners’ confidence to keep using your products.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

The only downsides I’ve noticed so far are that some options aren’t shown as premium until you click into certain side entries on the left-hand side of the screen. That can throw people off, because it looks like those features are included, but then you’re met with text saying they aren’t included and that you need to upgrade. There really should be a clear symbol or indicator upfront showing that it’s part of a more premium service.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry makes access easier and improves navigation by providing a platform where everything is right in front of you.

**Official Response from Tatiana Gradova:**

> Hi Adrian, Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate this valuable observation and will definitely take it into account. At the same time, the website already provides clear visibility into which platform sections and features are available under each license tier. We will also improve the in-system indicators to clearly highlight the sections that are not available under the license on which the project was created.

  ### 2. Feature-Rich and Customizable Platform with Smooth, Ad-Free Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norma T. | Data Manager and Cross Team Communicator, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

OneEntry offers a wide range of useful features, even in its free version. They were super clear and detailed about what the other levels of paid options provided which was nice. There are plenty of options and editing capabilities available, allowing you to tailor it precisely to your needs. The platform is quite comprehensive, enabling you to manage every small detail of your project. I also appreciated that I did not encounter any lag or intrusive advertisements while using it. After using for a while I haven't needed to contact customer support yet, but they don't hide where to go for that. Its really easy to know where to go to get help. The initial setup and creation of the project was simple and straight forward. I am hoping to continue to use this a lot for my weekly projects.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

I found that you really had to figure out how to use it on your own, since there wasn't any tutorial or guide to show you where everything was. If you wanted to make changes or add something, you had to search around and find the right place by yourself. Occasionally, the verification codes would be marked as incorrect, even when I copied and pasted them, so I knew I had entered them correctly.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and managing certain sales projects, as well as keeping track of their progress, has been challenging for me. OneEntry helps by letting you go through every small detail, so you always know what tasks remain, what has already been completed, and what is ready for updates. It makes it much easier to handle data, payments, deliveries, and marketing information.

**Official Response from Tatiana Gradova:**

  ### 3. Easy way to manage my shop and content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena C. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

The system is actually really flexible and easy to set up. I liked how quickly I could create a project and test out the online shop options. Even though some things were a bit confusing, it still saves me a lot of time compared to other tools I’ve tried.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

Honestly, the system is useful, but sometimes it’s a bit confusing to find certain options, like when setting up the online shop features. It took me a few tries to figure out where everything is, and I think the navigation could be smoother.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry helps me manage content and set up my online shop without needing to code everything from scratch. It’s saving me a lot of time and makes it easier to organize products and pages, so I can focus more on running the shop instead of struggling with technical stuff.

**Official Response from Tatiana Gradova:**

  ### 4. Explanation of OneEntry and its integration with Next.js step by step

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

What I like most about OneEntry is its flexibility as a headless CMS and how easily it integrates with modern frameworks like Next.js. The dynamic forms feature is especially powerful, allowing developers to manage content structures without constantly changing the frontend code. The API is clean and well-structured, which makes development faster and more scalable. It also gives full control over content models, which is great for complex projects.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

One downside of OneEntry is that the documentation can sometimes feel limited, especially for beginners who are new to headless CMS platforms. Some advanced features may require extra experimentation to fully understand. In addition, the learning curve can be slightly steep if you are not already familiar with API-driven architectures. More tutorials and real-world examples would make onboarding smoother.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves the problem of managing structured content separately from the frontend, which is essential in modern headless architectures. Instead of hardcoding forms and content models inside the application, I can control everything from OneEntry and deliver it through APIs. This reduces development time, improves scalability, and makes it easier to update content without redeploying the app. It also helps keep the codebase cleaner and more maintainable.

  ### 5. OneEntry: The "All-in-One" Powerhouse That Trades Simplicity for Scalability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam f. | logistics dispatcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

OneEntry stands out because it bridges the gap between a Headless CMS and a Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS). While most headless systems focus strictly on content, OneEntry provides the "digital backbone" for an entire application—including e-commerce, user management, and advanced security—out of the box.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

While OneEntry is a powerhouse for developers who want a "shortcut" to a full backend, it isn't without its friction points. If you're coming from a more streamlined or purely content-focused CMS, there are a few things that might frustrate you.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry addresses the common "bottlenecks" that occur when a project moves from a simple website to a complex digital product. By shifting the heavy lifting from your custom code to their pre-built infrastructure, it solves several specific technical and operational problems.

  ### 6. Effortless Customization and Professional Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Remote Work from Home AI and data Annotations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I liked the easy-to-use panels and the ways the platform allows admins to create. The platform's appearance is very professional and provides for seamless back-end customization. Using the platform's different access portals to design how users will access and utilize its platform was easy to figure out.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

I didn't like that there was no tutorial or how-to section for each section. If there were a small how-to use tutorial, people could use it would make the experience that much better.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many teams spend weeks building backend infrastructure (servers, databases, APIs, authentication, etc.) from scratch. OneEntry provides a ready-to-use backend so you don’t have to build or manage this yourself. This accelerates development and reduces reliance on DevOps or backend engineers.

  ### 7. Great Site with Tons of Options—Easy Project Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny D. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

Great site. Easy to navigate through the entire site and has so many options. This would be great for anyone who wanted to make the ease of creating projects for their companies.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

The font and coloring of the text on the site are a little harder to read. A little darker colored text would be awesome. Other than that I have no complaints.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problems most sites give you like this. Most sites make it so complicated to navigate or just don't have many options to choose from and this site makes it so easy and you are able to get things done within minutes

  ### 8. From Silos to Sync: Our OneEntry CMS Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** steve m. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

OneEntry's core strength is its "create once, publish everywhere" headless CMS model. It delivers consistent, reliable content across all channels via robust APIs, eliminating the fragmentation and instability of less unified platforms for scalable digital experiences.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

OneEntry’s main downsides are its complexity for simple sites, higher cost for small projects, and heavy reliance on developers for setup and maintenance, making it overkill for basic needs.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves content fragmentation and slow omni-channel launches by centralizing content in a headless CMS. This ensures brand consistency everywhere, speeds up time-to-market for new channels, and frees marketing from developer bottlenecks, driving growth and operational agility.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

So far, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about it. The only thing I’d change is that I wish I had a computer, because it would make navigating and getting around the app a lot easier.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not very familiar with this subject, so I don’t really have a strong opinion about it at this point.

OneEntry solves the hassle of juggling multiple logins. Having everything in one place saves me time and makes it way easier to get into what I need without hunting for passwords.

I did not really fin anything bad about OneEntry. Everything worked like expected.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me reach my true potentials. It has shown me efficient ways to push the services as soon as possible with better use.

  ### 12. A new backend exerience with OneEntry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin T. | Business owner and developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

The visual layout of the backend system is easy to navigate easy to understand and easy to use even for those unfamiliar with backend app support

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

It would be helpful to make the process and availble features easier to use by providing examples and direction likely with a drop down table.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry is solving backend development of apps making it easier to use and host that benefits me a an app designer because backend development can be difficult and time consuming.

**Official Response from Tatiana Gradova:**

> Hi Austin, Thank you for your suggestion and for taking the time to share your thoughts. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding usability and feature discovery. To help users navigate the platform more easily, we already provide detailed documentation with practical examples here:

  ### 13. Empowering Our Multi-Channel Digital Strategy with OneEntry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vu B. | Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

What I like best about OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS is its clean separation between backend and frontend through true headless architecture. The system provides a powerful API-first design that makes integration across web, mobile, and even IoT platforms extremely seamless.

The built-in scalability, flexibility in content modeling, and strong developer experience—especially with versioning, content localization, and webhook automation—make it a standout platform. It allows us to build and manage multiple digital products efficiently without being tied to a specific UI framework or technology stack.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

There’s very little to dislike, but I think OneEntry could improve on providing more out-of-the-box SDKs and starter templates for popular frameworks like React, Flutter, or .NET.

The API is powerful, but for developers new to headless architecture, having additional examples, CLI tools, and quick-start integrations would shorten the learning curve even more. Other than that, performance and flexibility have been excellent.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS helps us overcome the challenge of managing multiple digital channels through a single, unified backend. Previously, each platform (website, mobile app, landing pages) required its own content layer, causing duplication and inconsistency.

With OneEntry’s API-first approach, we can centralize all data, automate content delivery, and integrate seamlessly with external systems like CRM, payment gateways, and logistics APIs. This reduces development time, simplifies scaling, and ensures consistent content across all touchpoints.

The benefit has been massive: faster release cycles, reduced maintenance overhead, and a cleaner microservices architecture for our applications.

  ### 14. Amazing and easy to use site!

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

I dislike that it was not easy to tell what the webpage is for. I had to look it up.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company solves the problem of having data saved when creating a webpage/app in many places. OneEntry creates an all-in-one platform to keep track of everythinghing a developer created for the front-end.

  ### 15. All-in-One CMS and E-Commerce Solution

“I like that OneEntry combines CMS, e-commerce, and backend logic in one platform. It’s easy to set up, scales well, and avoids the hidden costs I’ve seen in other tools.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

OneEntry is a strong all-in-one solution, but I found the initial learning curve a bit steep. The documentation could be more comprehensive, and I’d like to see smoother integrations with third-party tools

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves the problem of fragmented backend systems by combining CMS, e-commerce, and backend logic in one place. This saves me time, reduces costs, and makes launching projects much faster. I benefit from having a reliable, scalable solution without hidden fees.

  ### 22. Hands-On with OneEntry: A Flexible BaaS for Web Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I found OneEntry to be a well-designed and flexible BaaS and Headless CMS platform. The integration process was smooth—I was able to embed features like dynamic menus and stickers into my web app with ease. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the learning experience enjoyable. The documentation is well-structured and helpful, offering enough guidance to explore the system’s capabilities hands-on. Its modular and API-first architecture gave me the creative freedom to build and adapt features based on my own app’s needs, making it a great tool for understanding real-world backend workflows without setting up a custom backend.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

While the platform is strong in structure and usability, I felt the examples provided were quite limited. It would have been more insightful to see real-world use cases or live site showcases built with OneEntry across different frameworks and industries. This would help better understand its potential and versatility. Additionally, a more active developer community or richer library of third-party tutorials would enhance the learning curve and encourage experimentation even further.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS solves the challenge of backend setup, content management, and modular integration for modern web applications. By offering a flexible, API-first platform, it allows developers to manage content, features, and UI elements like menus or stickers without building a backend from scratch. This saves significant development time, reduces complexity, and enables rapid prototyping. For me, it helped bridge the gap between frontend development and backend functionality, allowing me to focus on building interactive UI while still managing structured content dynamically.

  ### 23. Very useful for study and work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

What I like best is how OneEntry combines the flexibility of a headless CMS with robust Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) features. This means I can manage all my content in one place and easily push it to any platform—web, mobile, IoT—without being tied down.

It really speeds up development because all the tricky backend stuff like user management and databases is already handled. This frees us up to focus on making great user experiences. Plus, it's super easy to use and scales effortlessly as our projects grow. The strong API system also makes integrating with other tools a breeze.

Basically, OneEntry helps us build better digital products, faster and more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

What I dislike most is the potential for vendor lock-in and the learning curve for advanced features. While it's generally easy to use, digging into complex BaaS functionalities can take time.

I also find that the pricing model isn't always crystal clear as usage grows, and compared to bigger players, there might be fewer ready-made integrations or community resources available, which sometimes means more custom work.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves the common headaches of building backends from scratch and managing content for multiple platforms.

This directly benefits me by:

Speeding up development: I can launch projects much faster since the complex backend (like user management and databases) is already handled.

Focusing on user experience: I get to put all my energy into making amazing frontends and great user experiences, instead of getting bogged down in infrastructure.

Enabling omnichannel delivery: I can create content once and effortlessly push it to websites, mobile apps, or any other digital channel, keeping everything consistent.

Reducing operational hassle: I don't have to worry about servers or scaling; OneEntry takes care of it, freeing up my time and resources.

In short, OneEntry makes digital product development faster, more flexible, and less complicated.

  ### 24. A Solid All-in-One Platform for Backend Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Huy N. | Frontend Developer

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

What I like best about OneEntry is its developer-friendly approach to backend as a service. The interface is intuitive, the documentation is clear, and the ability to define content models and manage API endpoints quickly helps accelerate development. I also appreciate the built-in support for role-based access control and the seamless integration with authentication and deployment workflows. It strikes a great balance between flexibility and structure.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

While OneEntry offers a strong foundation, some advanced features still feel limited or in early stages. For example, the customization options for complex permission logic or deeply nested content relationships could be improved. Additionally, a more active community or ecosystem (like plugins or templates) would help accelerate adoption and troubleshooting

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves the problem of setting up and maintaining backend infrastructure for modern web apps. It provides a structured and centralized way to manage content models, APIs, user authentication, and permissions without reinventing the wheel. This allows me to focus more on building features and user experiences rather than backend boilerplate. It significantly speeds up development time and reduces operational overhead

  ### 25. A Simple, All-in-One CMS and Backend That Actually Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

Pre-built features like user authentication, form handling, product catalogs, and order management.

An intuitive interface that’s easy to use even for non-developers.

Multilingual support out of the box, which makes content localization super simple.

Strong security and backup features, so you don’t have to manage those separately.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

Lack of built-in social features like comments, likes, or user-generated content tools. These are common in many modern platforms and would be great to have without custom coding.

The documentation could be more detailed, especially for advanced use cases or edge scenarios. Sometimes I had to rely on support rather than finding the answers myself.

Requiring a phone number for registration felt a little intrusive, especially for a tool that’s primarily developer-focused.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For starters, I don’t have to worry about setting up a backend from scratch. Normally, I’d spend hours (or days) messing with databases, user authentication, APIs, and infrastructure. With OneEntry, all of that is just there. Prebuilt, ready to go, and easy to use.
Another big win is not needing to juggle multiple tools. Instead of using one platform for content, another for backend logic, and something else for hosting or storage, OneEntry handles it all in one place. That’s saved me time and kept things a lot more organized.
It also takes care of things like security, backups, and user permissions without me needing to dig into DevOps stuff which, honestly, I’d rather avoid when possible.
One feature I really appreciate is the built-in multilingual support. I’ve worked on a couple of projects that needed content in more than one language, and OneEntry made that super easy to manage without extra plugins or weird workarounds.
In short, it’s helped me launch projects faster, manage everything in one place, and focus on building the actual product not the infrastructure behind it.

  ### 26. One Entry, Deep Dive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

What I like best about OneEntry is how easy it makes things for both developers and content creators. The APIs are smooth to work with, and the headless setup means I can build any frontend I want. At the same time, the content management side is super intuitive, so non-tech team members can jump in without hassle. It’s flexible, fast, and just works

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

While OneEntry is powerful, the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially for those new to headless systems. Some parts of the documentation could be more detailed, and occasional limitations in customization might require workarounds. Still, once you're familiar with it, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry solves the problem of managing content and backend infrastructure separately from the frontend. It lets me build fast, modern web and mobile apps without worrying about setting up servers or custom CMS solutions. This saves time, keeps the codebase clean, and allows both developers and content teams to work more efficiently.

The most amazing problem is solved by OneEntry Headless CMS it's very easy process to use in all of the frameworks no to waste time and feels sometimes frustrating to decide which database to use in projects.

This is my first time to use and understand the usability and features of the OneEntry but so far it's really very fast to store and work with this.

In one thing its benefiting me that in my React Js and Next Js projects its really working very fast and saving the data as well. When I searched for tokens whether to create users or forms everywhere I felt easy to handle everything.

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I have been using OneEntry for a quite a time now and I have got to say that it's one of the Easiest CMS to work with. The integration part was super simple, it has been built with developers in mind. Implemenations of advanced features were very easy like payment gateway, order status tracking, etc. The customer support of OneEntry is major plus point I would suggest their CMS to other people and use it more often in my other projects. The support team is super responsive and polite. The package is getting regular updates and security patches which is also solid. I have used it with React, Next.js and Vanilla Javascript. Overall it's one of the best CMS available for wide range of things.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

The UI of the product needs to be more good. It's not available in responsive mode, which is not a major thing but needs to adapted. Documentation was not good when I used it but I see that it has updated and is rock solid now.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry Headless CMS is providing all kind of CMS solutions that a developer requires. It has support of wide range of tech stack. The SDK is super powerful, as a agency we can rely on OneEntry Headless CMS for all our clients across different tech stacks.

Incorporating OneEntry Headless CMS into my projects has significantly enhanced my development efficiency and content management capabilities, allowing me to deliver dynamic and engaging digital experiences to my audience.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

Unlike traditional CMS platforms, headless CMSes often lack a “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) editor, requiring users to have a deeper understanding of Markdown or HTML for content editing and formatting. This limitation can pose challenges for marketing teams or content creators who may not possess technical expertise

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The headless architecture of OneEntry allows for easy restructuring and scaling of projects as needed, enabling the addition of new features without impacting the entire project.

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Thank you for your detailed review!
It’s great to hear our backend, SDKs, and customizable structures are making a real difference in your projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

OneEntry Headless CMS stands out for its flexibility, allowing developers to use any front-end framework, which greatly enhances the adaptability of our projects. . The platform's intuitive administrative panel is user-friendly, enabling content managers to handle tasks efficiently without extensive technical knowledge. . Additionally, OneEntry's robust API and SDK support for languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin facilitate seamless integration into diverse development environments.

Another impressive feature is the focus on security and reliability. OneEntry provides SSL and mTLS certificates, as well as daily backups to ensure our content remains secure and consistently available. These features offer peace of mind, particularly for projects where data integrity is critical.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

As a relatively new entrant in the headless CMS market, OneEntry may require users to invest time in fully exploring and learning its features. While the platform offers extensive customization options, the lack of a visual preview can make content management challenging for editors without some coding skills. This learning curve might be a consideration for teams with limited technical expertise..

Additionally, although OneEntry provides great flexibility, the documentation could be more comprehensive and detailed.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content management

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Thanks so much for your great review!

We're glad OneEntry’s flexibility, security, and SDK support are making a real impact on your projects. We hear you on the documentation and visual preview — improvements are in the works!

Appreciate your support and collaboration!

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I've been using onde entry to create my candle ecommerce.

Iam a senior software engineer with more expertise um backend, so for me create an e-commerce using the tradicional way could cost me a loot of time.

So One entry facility for me exactly this: I don't need the backend, just front end, and it's very easy to "merge".

My favorite freature it's the menu integration using NPM and the front end template that OneEntry provides. Very easy to understand and very well documentated.

And the authentication integration, using the unique token, I can be secure of my data inside of OneEntry.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

- I had some issues where my password worked at first, but later wasn’t recognized, making the login process frustrating using the login portal.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me removes some backend complexity, with database for example. It's not necessary to care about this.

And the other benefit is scalability, I used for my e-commerce and I uploaded a couple of photos and integrated with menu, user and authentication. For me, all this process took 30 minutes and I still didn't have any problems with scalability.

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Dear Ana,

Thank you for your experience! It’s nice to know that OneEntry helped you with your e-Commerce set up and that the menu integration and frontend templates served their purpose.

We like the fact that scalability has been effortless for you and look forward to continue to helping you with your projects.

  ### 37. A useful tool for frontend devs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

It's a strong option covering different frontend technologies, which is good for frontend devs. There's no vendor lock-in and easy integration with React or Vue. I especially like the clean, back-end driven access control which makes managing roles and permission straightforward across the UI.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

The documentation is clear but I feel like it skips the explanations to understand the logics behind, which makes it hard for beginners or juniors. Also look forward to their upcoming functions on their roadmap to be released soon.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the backend work and the infrastructure. The backend system and infra are ready to use and I just need to set it up. It basically saves my time for backend and DevOps work.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hosting, management dashboard and backend that is ready to use.

**Official Response from Tatiana Gradova:**

> Hi there! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We would like to assure you that we do provide technical support to help users get started and navigate the platform. In addition, once your project is created, it is important that your developer or technical partner provides you with basic training on how to manage and update your application independently.

Please don’t worry - the learning curve is not long. Many non-technical entrepreneurs successfully use our platform on a daily basis after a short onboarding period. **What do you like best about OneEntry?**

The most important advantage that I noted for myself is very easy and quick to customize the system, a lot of functionality, a convenient dashboard for content management (our marketer is delighted), I am very comfortable absolutely all the data stored there and change them when I need it. I liked the npm package, really easy to work with data through it.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

I have been working with the platform for about half a year and have not observed any problems so far

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used already for different flights, for example, to create a site of a group of car service centers, the built-in attribute of time intervals allowed a very simple organization of booking time of visit, made an application of the electronic menu of the restaurant and integrated the application with the software of the restaurant, also made an electronic catalog of car parts (thanks to the built-in ability to import catalogs)

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Thanks so much for the awesome feedback!

Payment: I see there is custom but need time to investigate for other services from Vietnam (Momo, Zalapay, Banking, etc)

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally, as a Newbie, it solves what I do not know about back-end, OneEntry list it out in sidebar and check documentation. More focus on the app content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

It's the free tier, the flexibility and how it handles content. I found that the free tier makes it accessible for everyone. People just need time to explore all it can do for their projects. The API works great and the content management process is simpler than other headless CMSs I have tried.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

The cloud space and how it will perform when the website traffic scales is still unclear for me.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem with DevOps and infrastructure management and also manual backend development. This tool provides a ready-made solution for infrastructure and allows me to avoid build backend from scratch.

  ### 42. My experience with the platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

This is the second project I've used OneEntry for. The first time I used it to create an MVP application for an audio equipment catalog. For the second project, it was an online store of mobile and car accessories, the choice was made for several reasons:
1. I was able to easily unload the assortment from Odoo accounting program by means of OneEntry and automate this process. I have not found similar functionality anywhere else
2. set up integrations with several services (it was easy to do through the interface) + FedEx + Stripe (they already have it enabled and there is documentation)
3. technical support. Special thanks to them, there sit live people and get into what you write to them)
4. customization of previews and functionality of related products for pictures especially pleased!

I do not know what the magic is, but the price is very happy)
I will use it in my next projects and recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

Haven't found it yet. there may not be much detailed video material, but hopefully it will come soon

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as a frontend developer I need a backend and at the moment OneEntry covers all my needs. It allowed me to quickly implement an application with the functionality I need. I can especially mention the import of product catalogs, it's really a godsend for me

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to hear high praise for how OneEntry easily integrates with Odoo and other services and the work of the support team.

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS offers a developer-friendly interface with fast API generation, flexible content modeling, and seamless integration options, making it ideal for scalable frontend development.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

It may have a steeper learning curve for non-technical users and lacks some advanced customization features compared to more mature headless CMS platforms.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry simplifies backend and content management by offering ready-to-use APIs and a headless structure, allowing me to focus more on frontend development without worrying about server-side setup.
I used it for a personal project to explore and understand the platform’s features, such as API generation, content modeling, and integration capabilities.

  ### 44. Very likely to recommend it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

Easy integration and content management.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

One thing I dislike about OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS is that it can have a learning curve for beginners. Some advanced features require deeper technical knowledge, which might not be ideal for non-developers. Additionally, occasional documentation gaps can slow down implementation or troubleshooting for more complex use cases.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneEntry BaaS & Headless CMS solves the problem of managing backend infrastructure and content separately. It provides centralized platform to handle content, APIs, and user management without building a backend from scratch. This benefits me by saving development time, reducing complexity, and allowing me to focus more on front-end features and user experience.

  ### 45. A very good tool to create and manage the backend of your website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahand G. | Web developer and content creator, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I used OneEnrty while I was creating my real estate website. I used Next.js for the frontend and OneEnrty for the backend. I think by using OneEnrty, I was able to build the backend much faster and easier. Based on this experience, I am building an e-commerce website and want to use OneEnrty for easier implementation of the backend of the online store.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

As OneEnrty does not have a free tier and only gives developers only two months free coupon to test their product, it is a bit uncomfortable to implement your ideas in a short time.

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it for creating the backend of my real estate website. I believe it is very easy to use it and build the backend of a website.

**Official Response from OneEntry Team:**

> Thanks for the kind words!

We’re glad OneEntry made your backend development faster and easier — and it’s awesome you’re using it again for your e-commerce site!

  ### 46. It is a very simple and flexible headless cms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivangi T. | Founder of Brandinia, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

I liked the simplicity and flexibility if the headless cms most. The user friendly interface makes managing content easy for both tech and non tech users. It’s API first approach ensures seamless integration access any platform allowing you to deliver content anywhere. Additionally the scalability and customisation options let it grow with your business making it powerful and future proof cms solution.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

There is a lot of scope for improvement which can be done

**What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of content fragmentation and inflexibility of providing a scalable, API driven headless CMS that easily integrates with any platform

  ### 47. Efficient Headless CMS with Great Next.js Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali M. | Digital Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OneEntry?**

As a developer working with Next.js and React, OneEntry's strongest point is its seamless integration with modern JavaScript frameworks. The API response times are consistently fast, and the content modeling interface is intuitive enough that you can set up complex content structures without writing boilerplate code. I particularly appreciate their flexible content API that works smoothly with TypeScript, making it easy to maintain type safety throughout the project. The multilingual support is robust out of the box, handling various languages including RTL without additional configuration. Their ready-to-use modules saved us significant development time, especially when implementing common features like user management and multilevel catalogs.

**What do you dislike about OneEntry?**

While OneEntry offers many features, the documentation could be more comprehensive, especially for advanced use cases and custom module development. The learning curve for utilizing the full potential of custom modules is steeper than expected. The dashboard UI, while functional, sometimes feels dated compared to competitors. I'd also like to see more community-driven resources, templates, and example implementations for complex scenarios. The image optimization features could be more robust, particularly when dealing with responsive images across different devices and breakpoints. Additionally, the preview functionality for content changes could be more sophisticated, especially when working with dynamic pages.
