Sales Executive and Customer Support Specialist Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 7/9/2021 "ONEDOCX for Lawfirms" 4.5/5 Describe the project or task OneDocx helped with: We wanted to optimize our workflow in the lawfirm that I worked at as an IT Engineer, so I was tasked with finding the appropriate CRM which could manage all of our reports, contacts, matters, and bills, etc. So I searched the internet and found ONEDOCX. Their team was accommodating on how to run this software, so they gave us a detailed overview virtually. The downside is that some features that the competition is offering are not there, but when I talked to their team, they told me that they are constantly adding new features every week.
