**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

It had intersting features for basic help center.  Easy to setup and run.  Plenty of features to facilitate a flexible and intuitative environment.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

The functionality was not consistent and often stoped responding.  Required too much intervention byt the suport staff reset of fix a stahled system.

Managing tickets and task managment.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

We had a difficult time finding a package that would allow us to manage our products and customers all in one site.  

OneDesk gives us this flexibility.  

Even though we are small, our business is complex.  We were pleasantly surprised that we could implement "out of box" and without a consultant.

OneDesk is very receptive to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

We would like to see more granular user security.  We give our team a lot of autonomy so they need a lot of permissions but we don't want to make them all admins.  We have made some specific requests and have seen many come to fruition and/or be on the roadmap.

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system to support our managed service team as well as product development. Being able to have all of these items in a single system is extremely helpful for managing in a shared service environment.  

Our customer billing follows a unique workflow and OneDesk is able to accommodate.

It is an excellent software to manage team efforts and collaborations.

Up to now, I don't have any disfavor in this software.

In our profession, it is elementary to explain the outline of the project. On the other hand, necessary assistance  can also be obtained very easily with efficient discrimination suitable to project requirements.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

The best thing about OneDesk is that we get multiple features in one place like customer management tools, helpdesk, project management tools, workflow automation, etc. It allows us to just use one software for multiple purposes.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

There are not many cons that I encountered. One thing that would like to be improved is customization. Moreover, the user interface of OneDesk can be improved a litle.

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneDesk is an excellent tool for customer helpdesk. We can chat with customers and track tickets. Moreover, we also use this tool for project management. We collaborate with other teammates and manage projects effectively.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

It's a very user-friendly tool for managing a project. From a complex and massive project to a simple task, it can fit very well. User stories and jobs for the user stories can be created quickly and can be searched or go to the page fast without any lag. Can share the link of the user story to other folks, which is a good feature in it. Can track the progress and work assigned to the resources with ease.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

I don't have anything to mention that I dislike in this software. It's giving its best for the end-user. I hope it continues by adding new features to help the users.

Best Project management tool.

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this tool to manage one of the client projects. It'very dynamic Software.  Easy to install and use. We have organized our complete project from scope planning to implementation. We have created user stories, tasks, assigned resources to each user story, and tracked the progress.

The best thing about this product is that it provides solution for both Project Management and Help desk. Two requirements are fulfilled by one software.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

The least loved thing about this software is that it is designed only for small and medium size companies. It should scale up for bigger MNC's and they can improve their chat bot features.

It is used for customer feedback management, requirement management, ideas management, product management, helpdesk and support. It is also used for project integration and deployment.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

OneDesk provides the dual functionality of helpdesk and project management. My team can assist customers and also manage projects with the help of single applications, that's awesome. Moreover, it is very easy to use, provides lots of features, and can be configured easily as per requirements.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

Unlike others, OneDesk does not have a free version with limited functionalities. However, it does provide a free trial to test the software before purchase. Although the software is highly customizable, it takes some time and training to understand everything.

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using OneDesk to manage both ticket & task workflows. With the help of this software, I can do multiple tasks under one roof like handling customers, solving their queries as well as managing our team projects.

I used this tool in one project with clients' requirements so I find it really useful still I will check this tool in my free available time. up till now, i like this product as a whole

ONEDESK integrates with multiple softwares which works at it's best form. We can get some precise solutions related to project management. It can be used by every user weather hhe/she is freelancer or Organisation.

Better one for project management, sales, bussiness made easy as it makes forecasting project staffing and project needs quick amd easy. Support workflow that involve tickets, task and management.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

I like that OneDesk combines a few applications in one place so you can streamline the programs your employees and clients are using to manage requests and the workflow of tasks. Upside, it saves time and potential problems later in the workflow. It is also cost-efficient for a small or medium-sized team.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

There is a learning curve, as with any new software, so it can be challenging to get participation and usage, but the UI and features within the tool are easy to set up, intuitive and straightforward. Once everything is set up and coworkers are familiar with the interface, it works great.

**Recommendations to others considering OneDesk:**

If you are a small/medium-sized team and struggle to seamlessly go from planning a project timeline to task delineation and execution or looking to combine your current task and ticketing systems, you should at least explore OneDesk's free trial.

Previously we were using three tools for planning projects, project management/task workflows and an IT help desk/ticketing system. Having those all managed in OneDesk now is very helpful because it reduces miscommunication and increases accuracy.

I like the customisation available as per our need , and it is widely used for resolving issues in IT help desk.It is one place for tracking all issues and project management services.

Some of the features are not very user friendly so I would like to know more detailed document type of thing for that.

I have been associated with NeuHerbs, a seller of health products since a long time. My seniors use oneDesk to manage customer data, emails and even do live chats. Since our company relies on customer feedback, web-forms and  ticket portal is much needed. OneDesk provides all of that.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

So far we like it. Nothing is imperfect and even perfect. It's all about the ease of use and making work faster.

Mostly to deal with customer complaints management. It's super easy and comfortable to use and my colleagues like it. Since almost everything is available at this platform, it makes a great work management tool

the ease of use and it is also a very complete tool that has options. it can be easily managed to customers by offering them optimal support. I also really like the modern and intuitive interface

Sometimes the platform becomes too slow and I think it is because it has so many options that it does not allow it to function properly. at the same time it would incorporate more useful options for the client.

The automated notifications are helpful, but at times can be overwhelming and robotic. Some people don't like them

It is very easy to access and figure out how to get things set up. I did a little a few years back but that was about it at a prior job.

OneDesk is for a very select group and only applies if you are in a specific position at your work.

Problems that myself and others were solving was how to get everything set up in a straightforward matter.  After doing so, it became very easy for everyone else to interpret what was put out there.

It has a pre-set set up so customization isn't the best with the application but the set up is nice regardless. It would be nice to customize more though

They do not have a free version, they offer a free trial but its not the same.

using the free trial doesn't give you all the benefits.

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

The way of thinking about anything can have its own projects, can be small ones, but still projects; and I have all the information about the staff, equipment and hourly time pay down, so it's easy to propose a project, knowing ahead the selected staff for the task, the cost of the hours dedicated to the project and the estimated time to have the project completed, it's very helpful.

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

I really don't have any comments to the project management software, because is very complete and have all the information required to deliver any project I need to create, the best practices for my vet shop. 

**Recommendations to others considering OneDesk:**

If you need to control a project or several projects and you're not familiar with some software that need a previous knowledge of it, Onedesk is really your best option, is user friendly, intuitive and easy to set up any project in to the your company, even if it is small or big. It worked for us because we can have all the expenses of any project we want to implement, and have the cost of it and the profits. The benefits are arriving just with the implementation process.

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Onedesk Project Management I can describe a hole project, select the staff available, propose activities and time for execution and determine the cost of a whole project. I think the software annalist really focus on the user. The benefits is having the whole vetshop prepared to any situation and I really can know how it could come out just using Onedesk.

The tool Doesnt have very good excel base effort tracking but overall good tool

**What do you like best about OneDesk?**

Engaging with our customers and taking immediate action. We can see what's being said about us and make changes, provide new thing, etc. We also like the project management aspect. We can easily manage and delegate products and projects to our team.  

**What do you dislike about OneDesk?**

The cost of $30 per user per month is a little too costly for smaller businesses. 

**What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneDesk solves the problem of product management and customer support. It puts both of the functions together and therefore kills two birds with one stone.
