OneHash Chat is an easy-to-use platform that provides multiple features to help with customer support and communication, in my opinion. The fact it's easy to use makes it a good option for companies of all types, which is one of its favorite features. In addition, features like chatbots and assignable tasks could improve overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about OneHash Chat?**

Although OneHash seems to be well-liked by customers overall, several reviews point out that more customization options should be available for the chat widget appearance.

OneHash offers a centralized chat platform for clients and coworkers, which helps enterprises streamline communication. You may reply to questions more quickly and concentrate on more crucial things because it automates chores and integrates with other apps.

What I really like about OneHash Chat is how easy it makes things for our team. The interface is super simple, and everything from real time chats to file sharing is in one place. It’s just made our daily communication so much smoother and more efficient.

There’s nothing to dislike about OneHash Chat. It works smoothly and meets all my needs.

**What do you like best about OneHash Chat?**

We reach out to our customers through FB, WhatsApp and Telegram. OneHash Chat supports all three of them and saves a lot of time in switching between these platforms for responding.

**What do you dislike about OneHash Chat?**

There is a limitation in terms of user permission. We can provide user access based on inboxes but on the basis of conversation.

Multiple channel support has helped us become efficient and productive.

If a lot of chats remain unresolved, loading of the conversation takes time but still manageable.

Done away with a lot of repetitive work, Assigning to relevant resources has become easy.

The user  of the system Interface should be better.

Brings all customer communication channels under one place which makes life simple for us.

Does not have support for personal whatsapp integration yet and needs a whatsapp business account

Helps us be on top of all customer interactions in one place. We usually have customers interacting with us on the website, email, product, and whatsapp at the same time. It was getting difficult to keep track of all these conversations. With One Hash, we get a unified inbox view of what the customers are saying in one place.

The best feature on OneHash is the unified inbox. You can receive messages from many channels that you have in one inbox and make conversations. The UI is very clean and easy to use. The speed is very good and the support is responsive.

There is no WhatsApp connection via QR code.

OneHash solve the message mess in my many inboxes from many platforms. Now they saves me time and i have messages in order.

With the help of chat, my conversion on the site has increased and it is very convenient to monitor the work of operators to improve service. If desired, you can connect AI to first process requests from clients.

**What do you dislike about OneHash Chat?**

Translation into Russian does not work well in the admin panel, but this does not interfere with use. I think they'll fix it soon

**What problems is OneHash Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main task for me is to process questions from clients and not lose them. Significantly increases conversion on the site

OneHash Chat provides us with multiple chat options like WhatsApp, Website, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Email, Line and API. We can integrate Google Translate and openai directly with it. They are also providing webhooks and Slack integration. We can create automations, labels, macros, and canned responses for better and faster engagement.

**What do you dislike about OneHash Chat?**

I did not find anything to dislike this software

**What problems is OneHash Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can integrate my WhatsApp Business API account with it and easily engage with my website visitors
