The OneCause site was really easy to use. I had no previous experience with the platform and I was able to quickly and easily learn how to use it. The variety of options for fundraising from selling tickets, to sponsorship to auctions and beyond was impressive and easy to implement and keep track of. The OneCause university was helpful and our OneCause team was awesome. They helped all along the way and went over and above to make sure our event would come off without a hitch. Wish there were more batching opportunities in some of the areas because there were some tedious changes that had to be make one at a time but that was about it. Also, I would love to have more design options for the event website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We’ve been using OneCause for our annual Evening Under the Stars (EUS) fundraiser, and it’s proven to be an invaluable tool in making our event successful. From managing ticket sales to silent auctions, OneCause streamlines the entire process and elevates the experience for both organizers and guests.
One of the standout features is the intuitive user interface. Setting up our event page, customizing it with our branding, and tracking registrations are all straightforward. The platform is user-friendly, ensuring our supporters can purchase tickets and make donations with ease, whether on desktop or mobile.
For silent auctions, OneCause has truly shined. Guests can easily view auction items, place bids, and track their favorites in real-time, even if they aren’t able to attend the event in person. This flexibility has helped increase our auction participation and, as a result, our fundraising totals.
In terms of communication tools, OneCause allows us to send reminders, updates, and thank-you messages through email and text, ensuring our supporters stay engaged before, during, and after the event. The ability to generate reports and track metrics helps us analyze performance and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns.
The customer support has also been stellar. Whenever we’ve encountered a question or issue, the OneCause team has been responsive and helpful, ensuring we can stay focused on the event itself.
In short, OneCause has made managing our fundraising efforts more efficient and effective. Its features have allowed us to focus more on the mission of the event—raising critical funds to support CASA CIS—and less on the logistics. There are some bugs related to the Save and Next feature. When reviewing packages, the Save and Next feature frequently unpackages the items associated with those packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OneCuase has great analytic tools, as well, the event day tools for day-of management work very well. They were easy for my volunteers to operate and created a pleasant guest experience.

I wish that I had more options regarding how to communicate with my supporters. There are odd restrictions about what can be sent via text/email and how long those can be. As well, I would like the ability to create my own mailing list.

The platform is easy to use when designing your event page, collecting funds, and checking in event guests. Their support staff is very helpful when working with technical glitches or if you need additional help using the platform. The variety of features available in the platform like ticketing, auction (live & silent), raffle, and fundraising pages are the aspects that we use the most and enjoy. I love the team at OneCause. Everyone that I have worked with at OneCause has been a pleasure to work with. Our last site manager, Catherine Largo was an absolute joy. She was not only knowledgeable about the platform, but also assisted us in setting up our auction tables. This was above and beyond her scope of work, but was greatly appreciated. She exudes professionalism and we would love to work with her again.
In our previous event, Amanda Fisher was our site manager. She was also awesome. In this event, we were behind in setting up the software, as this was our first time. She cheerfully made light work of this.
Eryn Murphy and Sara Sender have always been prompt and willing to help with any iddue we faced.
The platform is easy to use both on the customer facing aside and for admins.

It's pretty easy to use and the system is great for tracking payments, assigning tables, checking in and overall event management on the day of the event. We use it once or twice a year but it is worth it whern managing our gala event and the ease of integration with our banking and ACH system was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the capabilites that include the ease of not only the users end but also my side when uploading auction items, selling in tickets, table management. It was all so easy to navigate! Not only did we use it for an auction last spring, we also used it again for a fundraising banquet in the fall. Being able to contact Customer Support whether via email or phone was a nice feature. There is so much you can do with OneCause that it can feel intimidating to some users who are not good with technology. I find that I need to often spend time with staff who are less comfortable with technology to help them reduce down all the features to the minimum they need to be successful.
