**What do you like best about OneBill?**

I have worked with OneBill for about 2.5 years now and I am still finding new ways to use it.  I can always rely on accurate tax calculations and I can always rely on bills being invoiced correctly.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Sometimes I feel like the software was designed more so by engineers who ask accountants how to design their system.  Sometimes there are frustrating quirks or submissions that are not easily correctable.

I will admit this can be solved with more regular use in the system, so this dislike is not as much of a pain point as it was a year or so ago.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tax calculations are very accurate as well as the geolocations/addresses.  This is important because we sell VoIP services and the taxes are extremely complicated, and can completely change as far as rates, even if it is a location that is just across the street from another location that has lower tax rates.  It is extremely important that this is accurate, and it is.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

Our existing billing system was slow, clunky to operate, offered very little support and never delivered on promises made.  OneBill delivered on everything we asked for, their customer support was fantastic.  Requests for changes were made quickly and efficiently.  The complete roll out took less than 1 month from signing on.  We send invoices and receive payments daily and it is so easy to use.  OneBill's integration with our existing systems was faultless.  Couldn't ask for anymore.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Absolutely nothing to dislike about the OneBill system.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneBill has helped solve our billing issues for both recurring and nonrecurring charges.  It has saved considerable time for our users.

I recently had the pleasure of working with OneBill Software, and I must say that their service has been nothing short of exceptional. They have demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction from start to finish. I want to share my positive experience and highlight why I highly recommend their services.
First and foremost, the level of communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. From the initial onboarding call to the final implementation, the team at OneBill Software maintained open lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Their responsiveness and willingness to provide detailed explanations helped me feel supported and informed at all times.

It is essential to be sure you work with your internal accounting team to be sure the OneBoll platform is integrated into your accounting system to avoid the need to "swivel-chair" between systems.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

Onebill is cloud based, always available, rich with features that are designed to fit our needs.  Our business is VoIP Telephony and UCaaS, and Onebill provides us with an array of valuable features without being bloated.  It streamlines the process of lead>quote>order>invoice>cash, so we can avoid the need for complex and potentially clumsy integration with third party applications.   It supports our needs related to direct customers, sales partners, and agents with simplified sophistication.  It offers highly secure data protection with simple access to high level and detailed reporting.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

The nature of UCaaS from 101VOICE, which includes feature rich telephony and related services, is highly complex, especially related to usage rating and taxation for recurring and variable customer revenues.  Providing services nationwide requires taxation support for hundreds of regulatory and tax authorities.  Onebill requires, as would any other application, dedication and forethought in implementation and setting up the system properly at the outset, and utilizing Onebill's readily available resources and help files to establish the right strategy to meet our needs.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

It is clean and convenient to use when everything is correct. If changes are needed then I can reach out to the support team and ask. Response times are relatively quick as well.

I dont not have any difficulties with OneBill. Onebill is user friendly and easy to navigate through.

It helps with billing on time and also keeping track and which customers have paid and which ones are in deliquent status.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

Onebill makes invoicing customers easy and efficient. It has cut the work required to invoice our customers by at least half. The system has been reliable, and Onebill's support team is always there to help should we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Customization can be a bit difficult. As a telecom company, we have many requirements for rating calls and creating unique pricing structures. Building these custom plans may require setting up custom "engines" in Onebill, which is not always easy. However, Onebill's support team is always willing to point us in the right direction or do the work themselves whenever necessary.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a telecom provider, we must accurately manage subscriptions and track thousands of phone numbers for our customers. OneBill allows us to complete both these tasks accurately and efficiently. Onebill also enables us to manage our partners and commissions, generating accurate statements and removing the need to analyze and generate commission reports manually. The system automatically notifies our clients of credit card expirations, failed and successful payments, and dozens of other account-related alerts that save our organization time and money.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

I am a billing specialist who has been using OneBill for about eight months (but my company has used it for several years). We use it to bill our voice products, which can be very complex (especially the taxes). Overall the software is pretty user-friendly and easy to use, but where OneBill really shines is their exceptional customer service. In my 15+ years of billing, I have never encountered customer service quite like I have with the OneBill team. They are incredibly responsive and always quick to address problems and accommodate requests (such as for reporting enhancements). They will gladly schedule team calls to discuss issues or brainstorm how to improve/enhance our overall experience.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

The OneBill customer service team is always exceptionally responsive, but you may not receive a response until the next morning (due to time zone differences). But, I can ALWAYS count on having a response when I check my email in the morning. Also, sometimes when they do general report enhancements, it can cause issues/glitches with the reports (but again, they are always quick to respond and fix the issues).

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneBill allows us to successfully bill our voice products (including the taxes, which can be complex). There are not many other billing softwares on the market that allow for this type of billing.

I cannot think of any.  My expectations have been met and exceeded.

As our company grew we realized our billing system lacked effecincy and accuracy.  OneBill eliminated these issues and took our company to the next level which was sorley needed.

I'd like to clarify my complaint about slow service through the ticket system.  The ticket that was opened Friday was resolved very quickly.  Previous tickets that had slower response time are more than 3 months back.  I checked the ticket system. So this has actually improved lately

The format of creating a bill. I like that we can add our own products and have a formatting set for them as we want it.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Customer support is really unprofessional, not quick enough in response when it comes to urgent matters, and often times downright rude. This, in my opinion, is the largest fault OneBill has.

Past due accounts - with the insistent reminder emails people are more inclined to pay.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

I like the adaptability of the platform. It has a multitude of different use cases. Onebill can be used for any type of business-to-consumer platform. I appreciate all the integration that it has to offer from QuickBooks, to DocuSign, and even Fedex! I also appreciate the team at Onebil, as they were always so quick and helpful to any questions we had.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

My least favorite part of Onebill is the resell system. We had a couple of errors and difficulty figuring out how to change products and descriptions when also working with the reselling option. I think it could be a little more user-friendly on that front.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onebill is helping us solve our consumer portal. We are a fixed wireless internet service company, and we use Onebill to keep a record of all of them. We use the partner option as we have franchisees that are able to log in and see their individual franchise and all the things related to it.

Excellent support and very helpful with setup.  They customized it to meet my requirements.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

There are a few minor cosmetic stuff that just make more clicks then needed to search for certain things.

OneBill is helping with proper Telecom taxes being charged, and keeping track of subscriptions including prorating new ones.  Also made usage billing so much easier.

Tech support can take a while to fix an issue.  But they want to help so that's good

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

One Bill is very user friendly. I did not have any training on it and was able to pick up most of it on my own. The canned reports are very helpful and were everything that I needed.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

(1) The inability to get a back dated aging report. If the last day of the month falls on the weekend, you are unable to capture the aging with the end of month date on Monday.
(2) We have found inaccruracies in the balances when payments are reversed. 
(3) The version of One Bill that we are using don't have a place to document conversations with the customer so that you have a history.

that we are able to keep customer's information all in one place. We are able to customizable options and rules to enhance the customer's experience with our company.

I dislike some of the logic that is there because it isnt my logic but it does keep me on my toes to also understand other's perspectives

We are able to have one platform that handles all of our customer communication and their bills.

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

Automation and customization make billing a breeze.

Starting from a quote to then processing an order and finally to invoicing is now orderly and streamlined.

Saving on manually calculating usage charges

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Phone support could be expanded, but they are responsive on tickets.

Modifying or cancelling subscriptions must be done individually.  For our processes it would be helpful to be abel to do such tasks en masse.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monthly recurring billing was a manual chore that was prone to have errors before we began using Onebill.  Through its use, we now have a system that allows us to enter new billing quickly, activate it when we need to, and audit it afterward to ensure that we are accurately billing our customers. When there are errors, we can make the adjustments we need.

An all-inclusive telecom billing solution that allows us to manage all aspects of recurring billing and taxation as well as agent commissions.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

Telecom billing is rarely easy. OneBill is complex and is no exception. Must have patience and time to invest while setting up.
But once done, it's great!

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Or initial issue was finding a partner that could check all the boxes and then some.
OneBill has been able to do this easily.

Nothing to note as of yet.   There is a lot of information to learn, but it is very well documented

**What do you like best about OneBill?**

OneBill is an easy-to-navigate platform. What I like best is the simplicity of the backend. I also like that there is an extensive knowledge base, so if I have any questions, I can usually find them myself. I also enjoy the reporting and overview, how I can see all payments and look at the bigger picture. It's also nice to have all of our products/services right inside OneBill, so it's straightforward to add them onto an existing customer's billing or select them to add to a new customer's billing.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

It can get a bit confusing if you are trying to add complex relationships (i.e., one-time specific percentage payments to partners or high-level partners that have agents underneath them, or keeping track of internal commissions). Sometimes we have a hard time understanding their support team because they outsource some of their support, but at least they are responsive and ready to help.

**Recommendations to others considering OneBill:**

I would recommend using OneBill, especially if you are a smaller company. It's a great way to stay organized if you have a smaller internal accounting team and offer subscription-based payments to your customers. I would also recommend it if you have any agents/partners that sell your solution because it is easy to keep track of payments sent to them (accrediting commission, etc.) and when their customers have paid. It's great for companies that have channel-based partnerships, and you can even adjust billing for specific companies to co-brand with the partners you have. If you offer white-label selling, you can utilize it for those purposes as well - we do not use it for these purposes, so I cannot speak to its ability or ease of use.

**What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving our accounting and partnership payment problems. It's a simple platform that keeps all of our customer accounting/payments within one space. We can also add our agents to the deals to credit them for their 20% commission. It is beneficial in that is keep us organized and allows our small internal accounting team to handle our large nationwide customer base.

Currently, we're only using their subscription billing, but we are fond of Onebill for its scalability and flexibility. OneBill is packed with many features that allow scaling at any time with flexible billing methods, creating bundles, charging customers with various currencies based on their location, etc. Their customer support is very knowledgeable, quick, and responsive.

OneBill is too big in terms of its capabilities compared to any of its competitors. Given the fact, OneBill becomes a little complicated for implementing simple subscriptions for online magazines like us. We've been using OneBill for three years now, and it's been a great experience. We initially came to OneBill for their channel partner management since only OneBill has the real-time commissioning feature. After a couple of months, we moved our billing operations to Onebill. Their CPQ is just top-notch with all personalization and configurable features. Billing and invoicing are smooth, and their invoicing customization is beautiful.

I have no complaints regarding their platform and its features. But I feel Onebill is slightly expensive than other softwares available today.

OneBill Subscription Revenue Management has helped me immensely.  I am a small business owner, and I provide services rather than goods (specifically editing and proofreading scholarly journal articles and publishable academic works).  Therefore, it is essential that I have a revenue management platform that can keep track of my clients and expenses for me accurately and efficiently without me having to spend a lot of time on it.  My strengths are with words, not numbers!  I do NOT want to do my own billing calculations!  I have been impressed with OneBill's efficiency; I only have to look at one screen to see exactly how much I'm owed by whom.

**What do you dislike about OneBill?**

I don't dislike too much about this software, I'm actually pretty pleased with it.  But it is aesthetically lacking.  If the interfaces were smoother and the colors were warmer, it would be more inviting to use.

I have greatly improved the efficiency of my billing practices since beginning to use OneBill.  I bill different clients differently; for example, some I bill by the hour and some I bill by the page (I'm an editor).  There are a few clients I even just have flat fees for because they bring me so much business it makes the most sense to bill them the same amount each time (specifically for business correspondence).  Having such varied methods of billing is confusing, so OneBill has helped me simplify and streamline that process.  It's been a big help.
