I like the fact that everything is in one place, from employee details to clocking data, hours worked, holiday/sickness, training expired etc. From a user perspective and a supervisor perspective, it allows user restrictions and highlights anomalies. No special software is needed as everything runs within a web interface meaning any internet-accessible device can access TMS and email notifications about requests when made by employees to their supervisor. I use TMS daily to remind me when I clocked in and therefore when I can clock out. I have had no reason to contact customer support. I am not involved with the implementation/deployment.
