One to Many is a web-based takeoff tool built only for windows and doors. You upload a plan set and it reads the floor plans, elevations and window schedule together. It detects every window and door unit with its type, size, operation, handing and glazing: fixed, casement, awning, hopper, single and double hung, sliding, tilt-turn and folding units, plus entrance systems and curtain wall. It reconciles the schedule against the elevations and flags every mismatch for review, updates the takeoff when drawings are revised without recounting, and applies your pricing rules to turn the schedule into a quote. For dealers and distributors it maps each unit to the manufacturer's catalog and builds the configured order. It complements your estimating, pricing or ERP system instead of replacing it, and it flags unclear drawing information for a person to review instead of guessing.
