I really like the customer service from One Step GPS, and I've never had any problems finding a vehicle using their service. The live tracking feature is great because it lets me see where my rental cars are, and I can set alerts for things like cars going out of state or speeding. I'm not happy with the changes to the portal. The system is extremely laggy, which isn't great. The starter disable feature often gets stuck in pending, leading to situations where my customers have been stuck, especially when One Step GPS customer service is closed, and I can't do anything to help.
