I love the dashboard of One Step GPS because it's really feature-rich. We particularly love the reporting functionality, which helps us track employees and receive alerts like over posted speed limits or harsh cornering. I like that One Step GPS lets me see where our crew is and check the history if anyone questions our invoice date. Being able to check the driving of our driver is also really helpful. It's nice to see if there is any speeding, harsh braking, and to know how long the truck is idle. I really appreciate the great pricing of One Step GPS; I feel like I get a lot of value for the price. The support has always been very helpful, and any issues are resolved quickly. For instance, when one unit failed after a few years, it was replaced quickly after calling the support line. I also find the initial setup to be very simple. I love that I am able to pull history with One Step GPS, which is super helpful when I go back to do payroll. I can know the exact times my drivers arrived, how long their lunches were, and when they got home. I get to change the little icons and track every move my guys make, which really works for me.
