**What do you like best about One Model?**

Thank you One Model for being a fundamental and highly valued member of our extended HR team, from customer service to consulting to problem solving and of course technology, engineering and visualizations. You've been a wonderful partner for many years and continue to advance our people analytics program. Hundreds of people from our HR teams and beyond rely on One Model for their day to day work.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

We were a "newer" people analytics team when we launched One Model and could have used more guidance and materials to implement using external best practices. We also could have had a better onboarding process to the OneAI predictive capabilities to ensure practicality and good user experience.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved user access to data, consistent analytics/metrics, advanced security model.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

The One AI Recipes have made made it so easy to create a predictive model. Hayley was fantastic with walking through the process of creating a model, she answered all of my questions and never felt like I was on my own.  The One AI Recipes functionality is easy to use and intuitive for anyone to use regardless of their predictive analytics skill set.   One Model also provides a library of guides in the One AI academy that have a wealth of information and is a fantstic resource.  I frequently used these resources throughout the implementation process.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

I can't think of anything bad about OneModel's One AI.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data access roles have been a challenge for us, we are lean analytics team and it is a limitation that metrics derive access across the platform and applies to every storyboard has been a challenge to us.  Jen and Renae have met with us numerous time to understand our challenges and have work with to provide some solutions, but this continues to be a challenge for us.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

One Model is a very intuitive tool, allowing us to advance our organization’s analytics capability. I love that we can easily pull in multiple data sources for greater insights and utilize AI to answer questions, generate charts, forecast and more. It has endless potential, and I’m excited to see where we take it next.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

As the AI component is relatively new, we are still “teaching” it and teaching our users how to interact with it to get the best responses.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the ability to analyze data more quickly and standardize metrics and dashboards. I look forward to pulling in additional data sources and building out more machine models.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

I can confidently say that One Model set the gold standard for customer support. The level of partnership and dedication from the team (especially Jamie & Haley!) was truly exceptional. They didn’t just provide customer support—they became strategic partners, deeply invested in understanding our use cases and offering thoughtful suggestions for additional analyses we hadn’t even considered. It never felt like we were just another client; they took the time to ensure our needs were heard, understood, and addressed with tailored solutions.

One Model was invaluable in helping us scale our analytics efforts without having to add a dedicated data engineer to the team. Their platform offered a consultative partnership that seamlessly bridged technical gaps while giving us the ability to focus on strategy. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were successful.

One big differentiator from other vendors is the flexibility of customization while also benefiting from out-of-the-box solutions. We had full access to adjust the backend of any predictive models—something most vendors don’t offer—allowing us to tailor insights to our specific business needs. Additionally, their flexibility in setting up various customized data sources was a game changer for our team.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

One Model’s dashboard UI is not AS flexible or dynamic as more specialized tools like Tableau, but it has consistently improved each year. And unlike more complex platforms, the more "plug-and-play" experience allowed us to quickly generate a wide range of visuals and analytics without needing extensive setup time which was great.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allowed our small team of just 1-2 people to effectively support the data needs of a 6k+ organization. The platform’s ability to extract and integrate data from multiple systems allowed us to quickly build and share insightful dashboards across all areas of HR—including core people metrics, recruiting, talent management, DEI, Learning & Development, and more. We were able to provide valuable, real-time insights to the entire HR team and company leadership; for example monitoring equity across hiring and promotion/performance processes, deep diving into attrition drivers for specific teams, informing team expansion projects for our operations teams, performing cohort analyses to uncover the impact of different onboarding/trainings and hiring practices, etc.

There is alot to review. It can be a bit overwhelming if you looking further than direct suggestions.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

So many things. 
1. Our data was all over the place, messy, hard to interpret. Creating stories was extremely manual. Plus, our data team was very lean so pulling together a presentation would take a week or so. NOW, with the help of OM, it's literally a couple of clicks. Implementation did take a bit of time because as mentioned, our data was messy. So, with validation and organization, which was really to our benefit, once we finished that, we were up and running with creating stories and metrics- which was far easier than we thought it would be. 
2. Security is much easier to control in this sytem, which is a huge win. 
3. Plus, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing customer service provided. That was a big reason of what sold us in the sales calls, but has been demonstrated on our weekly calls with Alex Busque. He and Martin (data engineer) have been integral to our success with getting OM implemented and running. 

Many of our HR leaders now call this one of their favorite tools. We are so pleased with the platform.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

It's pricier than I thought. Great thing- we launched and then showcased to several of our sister companies, who then wanted to get in to the  platform sooner than we thought. Bad thing, because of this and also because those companies have large contractor populations that go up and down, our number shot up by about 2000 people. The pricing increased dramatically , making it more expensive now than Vizier, which was definitely one of the most expensive platforms we considered. Not much we can do about it now, but still annoying.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to support business decisions with data, but also be proactive in suggesting topics that our HR community may want to think about with their business leaders. For our HR folks that may not have had metric experience, this up their game immediately.

Full disclosure, I liked One Model so much that I came onboard to work at One Model after being a customer twice.

When I went to choose a People Analytics Platform, I chose One Model because I did not want to hire a data engineer to load data into another system. Working with the team on automated data extraction, modeling, and architecture was a dream. Getting my company's full data model customized as part of the subscription was incredibly helpful to telling specific company stories. One Model has true industry experts across the customer success org that made onboarding easy.

There's also no ceiling with One Model to how far you can grow with the platform. We used One Model throughout our entire build and kept unlocking additional value the more we set up.

Our data had not been extracted correctly in multiple spreadsheets, and we couldn't tell a central story without weeks of work. The One Model product and team solved this by bringing all my data into a central unified data model that was clean, accessible, secured, and still customized to my business needs and unique data model. In weeks after getting started on implementation, I delivered dashboards to my senior leadership team that addressed those business issues.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

As an admin, OneModel is easy to learn and quick to set up --- especially with dedicated and smart folks we got to know well (like Haley & Jamie). We were able to start delivering reports and data viz quickly to many of the teams we support (including Finance, Recruiting, and HR).

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

The OneAI prediction suite is powerful but needs to allow easy import of survey data. I believe connection to Qualtrics is on the roadmap.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a lean team with limited data engineering resources and time, we need a tool that's easy to administer and scalable to deliver insights across the business. OneModel streamlines so much of the work and reduces complexity dramatically compared to other tools and solutions we tried.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

The customer support has been amazing, and the flexibility of operating on a structure of a data warehouse has made our ability to customize to organzational needs and nuance a breeze.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

Do to the large amounts of data sometimes we experience slowness in data loads, but customer support and engineering has been quick to react and help bring us to resolution.

**What problems is One Model solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insights into our workforce were difficult as we have a large ecosystem of HR systems, bringing it all together with the ability to incorporate financial data has really brought us to a whole new level of maturity in our people analytics practice.  Add in OneAI and we have been able to deliver predicitive insights at scale to the organization.

Allows up to perform reporting for internal and external stakeholders while also using OneModel for predicitive analytics and exectutive dashboarding.

**What do you like best about One Model?**

This software integrates data from other systems via API to readymade dashboards, queries, etc. One Model also allows us for the complete customization of dashboards or reports. Also, it can outsource data to other systems like PowerBI.

**What do you dislike about One Model?**

Their pricing gets changed as per our employee count. If we hired more employees after taking this software, they would increase the annual subscription charges.

We are creating dashboards and reports daily in One Model software, which has multiple features for reporting beneficial parts. Also, it allows us to change the metrics and reflect those changes globally across the system.
