**What do you like best about One Drop?**

One Drop helps its customers to lower their A1C and guide them in having a better life with diabetes. They provide a meter that accurately predicts the rise and fall of glucose levels.

**What do you dislike about One Drop?**

Their services are not as good as they say it is. they need to provide a better service to their customer.

**What problems is One Drop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are not as effective as a neighbor clinic or family doctor. some people prefer to go with their family doctor so one drop needs to build the emotional conecctions with their users.
