When it was time to purchase my first domain, I have to say it was the most easiest simple steps. No hassles or worries at all. One of the biggest parts that caught my eyes and attentions was the prices! The prices was amazing and thats without sales and discounts. The webspace, themes and layouts are nice. There is definitely so much options you could choose from! The control panel is also well organized as far as helping you get to where you need to go. I think the best part of one.com is their 24/7 chat service for help. They speak to you in terms you understand whether that be 'layman' terms or techie speak. I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. For the minimum price I pay I get exactly what my small business clients need, no fluff, no confusing terms or limitations. It was super easy to build a site and manage it remotely. It was also easy to give Guest Access to the manager on site for email admin and emergency site changes.
