Their excel import sheet makes it easy for people with excel skills to create automated input sheets for similar products, which in turn speeds up the process significantly, which is very useful if your organization produces many custom products. Their customer support is very helpful and I can whole heartedly recommend Patience as a sparring partner to help create your future EPDs. For disclosure I am only the user of the software, therefore can not comment on pricing or other managerial aspects of the implementation. **What do you dislike about One Click LCA?** I was missing some transparency on how external EPD elements are imported into the software, which while more technical, could have been useful infomation in their training modules.
