Encourse is simply the best overall program that pulls everything together in a way that makes sense for staff and administrators. What problems is OnCourse SIS solving and how is that benefiting you? Not aware of any problems. Any concerns are easily and quickly addressed. One issue I need to bring to somebody's attention is the calculation of the self assessment in the overall score. The development team is also always looking for ways to increase the product's usefulness to the user. Their help desk is STELLAR!! When I was a new user, I also found it fairly intuitive to learn. Probably the most helpful thing right now is the ease of transition between our old SIS and OnCourse. The element of personalized assistance with an amazing team of people has really set our transition apart. Even though we are midway through our conversion, we can already see the benefits of having everything easily accessible plus the added bonus of having an excellent team. As of right now the biggest obstacle (and not really a dislike) is the "we've always done it this way" mindset; however, I'm optimistic that once our people settle, they will be pleased.
