Its well-documented API and database have been especially valuable for facilitating communication and collaboration with our technical teams. As a vendor, Advarra maintains open communication with customers and actively listens to feedback, helping users feel heard and supported. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate while still providing the functionality needed to support our operations. **What do you dislike about OnCore CTMS?** The platform can be somewhat rigid, with limited opportunities for customization. While this consistency can be beneficial in promoting standardized processes, additional flexibility would be helpful, as each institution has unique workflows and operational needs. Allowing for more configuration options would enable organizations to better align the system with their specific processes while still maintaining overall standardization. **What problems is OnCore CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnCore's API and database accessibility enabled us to integrate with our EMR and establish efficient data-sharing processes across various institutional systems, improving interoperability and reducing manual effort. It's user-friendly and allows visibility to different areas of the trial from accrual to payments. **What do you dislike about OnCore CTMS?** The system can look a little overwhelming at times since there are a lot of fields available that we don't use and aren't able to hide or eliminate. The way to associate procedures to visits in calendars can be a bit tedious as well. **What problems is OnCore CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's provided great visibility for reporting and metrics. ### 3. It helped us reduce duplicated data and control the budget/billing within the project. However, the best feature is the goal-driven dashboards that help visualize the information quickly. **What do you dislike about OnCore CTMS?** I believe it is not a problem with the software, but as a freelance researcher, I handle multiple projects, and just a fraction of them require clinical research software. I will probably prefer software that offers to manage several clinical and non-clinical projects. **Recommendations to others considering OnCore CTMS:** I haven't tried a lot of clinical research management software, but I use project management software on a daily basis, and compare to those, this has a 4/5 stars **What problems is OnCore CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I helped organize a client's clinical trial research. It streamlines the process of managing the studies, which comes in handy when you have multiple ongoing studies. ### 5. The branching for task management, process tracking, and notifying the next signatory authority when it is time for them to completed their part is all very easy to navigate, saves a lot of effort in remembering to notify the next person to move things along. **What do you dislike about OnCore CTMS?** I do not like that you cannot hide fields that are not of use to a particular study or research team. I think that there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the display logic and navigating through the pages could be made more consumer-intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering OnCore CTMS:** Although I don't know much about the purchasing side of the equation, I do know that from the perspective of someone who had to use the platform daily, my number one piece of advice is to really utilize any training, including supplemental training that your organization offers. It's a fairly dynamic platform, but in order to help it help you, you've got to know all of the capabilities and how to navigate them for your specific role. **What problems is OnCore CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although I no longer use OnCore in my current role, the organization I work for has continued to use it and expand its availability to other departments. It has helped streamline the process of protocol activation and also allows for excellent checks and balances between different stages of protocol activation, study submission, and client management. ### 6.
