What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

What I enjoy most about Digimind is its ease of use and user-friendliness. Many other platforms that offer similar services to Digimind are much more complicated to navigate through. Additionally, I find that the statistics and data visualizations Digimind provides are eloquent and extremely comprehensive. I personally take advantage of the fact that I can make my searches so specific. Utilizing this platform has assisted me in providing my clients with informative reports and statistics. What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

One thing I dislike about the platform is the difficulty in looking backward for information. Often times it would be helpful for me and my clients to be able to backtrack and review statistics and information that could be compared and contrasted with the current data. This issue could very well be a result of my own improper navigation of the platform. However, I still believe that being able to gather past statistics and visualizations would be incredibly helpful for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Digimind has assisted me in providing an improved quality of reports to my clients. One problem that this platform has allowed me to solve is separating positive and negative mentions. By allowing me to conduct sentiment analysis, I can not only generate statistics regarding client mentions, but I am also able to have a more in-depth view into the general feedback they are receiving online via social media. What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

Digimind provides both positive and negative sentiment analysis, something very much used by us. The Key Concepts page is also another thing used by us, it helps get a better understanding of trends. Additionally, the geolocations is very useful, it gives you more information as to where a given topic or word is trending; obviously not all is able to be geolocated. What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

The limited number of queries, it is a good tool that I would consider buying for personal use, but it is a bit pricey. It took me a while to figure out how to use the product, at first it is a bit complicated; I searched online for YouTube videos or manuals showing how to use it but found none. Have someone train you on using it, almost no online material is available to learn it by yourself (in many cases a YouTube video is available for these types of things, but not for Digimind). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

The interface and the good articles already filtered so it's better than free tool like Google.

The tool is easy to use and user friendly on the smartphone.

We have a customized dashboard for Faurecia, so it feels like it's made for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would be nice to receive news on the smartphone, like pop up or notifications.

Use the dashboard and the automatic email in order to get the info via email.

What do you like best about Onclusive Social?

Best part about Digimind is how different publications are put together under one page for easy access. it has a large database for research. I use a lot of automobile related journals and newsletters that keep me updated and I find them all at one place. I like the ease with which I can share, print or translate informations with just a click. Filters make it more easy to search required information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?

Nothing particular to dislike. May be some improvements in user interference with images and bullets make it more interesting to use it on regular basis. More easy and not so confusing filters might help new users to search something online. A better reading mode in Digimind mobile application would be appreciated though. Using its large database for my research. I can easily search a topic of my interest with just keywords. I have been also using it for preparation of my reports. Topics are rich and diverse .

Easy to Navigate and to search .allot on the news and trends that help me understand the competitions

It would be great if we can add more newsletter templates, the current ones are a bit old

I was tasked to build a newsletter on all the new technology trends for the air transportation industry

the old way I used to subscribe in tons of magazines + industry newsletter, do a lot of reading, filtering and then design my newsletter

with digimind, I just programmed it once which takes almost 3 months, and it did it all the job, i just read the news and validate what i see beneficial for my audiences

Also, with the power of social media, also my audiences are able to login to my project and see the news, like, comment, and they can mention each other and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
