Lots of functionalities - if you manage to understand the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Onclusive Social? The user interface is the worst I have ever encountered in any platform. It seems patched together by different developers at different stages of development. Indeed, even the fonts and layout formats differ, sometimes on the same page (!) That in itself would not be a problem if it weren't for the fact that the user interface is absolutely horrendous. The menus and sub-menus are not aligned, meaning the user encounters different terms for the same functionalities. Some of the essential functions are hidden in obscure sub-menus and, worst of all, the overall setup is lacking a basic user friendliness. I'm amazed by the positive ratings from other users but perhaps I'm just a digital dinosaur. Having said that, I'm a frequent user of other business intelligence platforms and there is just no comparison. With regards to content, Digimind does seem to deliver but setting up the tool is, in my experience, really painful and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. If you want a really personalized mailing, you just have to ask for it to the support service and it will be an extra cost of course. Same problem if you want to use your own font. Is a very efficient tool to collect information on specific topics and also allows you to have a complete vision of the digital reputation of your company, since you can know information from social networks and digital media. The software has problems collecting information from LinkedIn, however it is a problem of the social network and not so much of the software. However,not all mentions can be collected, especially due to geographic limitations. It may take some time to speed up your computer to perform complex analyzes.
