I would like to be able to sign in to video meetings earlier than my patients. Right now, I have to try to get in to the video meeting before they do and turn on the waiting room function. I'd like to be able to start earlier and then get focussed on the issues and let them in when I'm ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- limited functionality (cannot mute anyone, cannot bump someone from the chat, it is not completely accessible -closed captions - or voice to text for those with hearing impairments)

The easy set up and ease of use. Video chat that is secure and HIPAA / PHIPA Compliant. Clients are automatically notified of upcoming appointments eliminating no-shows.
