The support was the best. Integrating this software was easy thanks to the helpful people. This software has made the process for me not only manageable but easy. We have seventy tasks, including document collection, and we were able to break this up into four chains, some of which pre-populate and others we trigger manually. It's easy to review the documents and rename them. It's easy and customizable and I am so happy. I wish my experience with our practice management software implementation was half as easy. It's not. I like the way how HR Cloud made all our processes easier to do. Before, we used to have numerous spreadsheets, but now we can automatize a lot of things.
