What I dislike most is the lack of accountability from HR Cloud. When errors or mistakes happen on their end, the always blame someone else and never take accountability. **What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with solving the typical onboarding issues companies face. It benefits my company specifically by allowing us to collect the necessary data and documents needed to complete the onboarding process. ### 2.
