"Making Compliance Easier Than Ever"

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

The OnBlick dashboard is simple and easy to use. For employees, it’s a one stop place to find all important details. Employers will also find it straightforward, tasks like tracking employees or generating PAF are now quick and easy. The new eSignRight feature is a great addition. What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mostly use the I-9 LVV, PAF, Timesheets, Invoices, and now the new eSignRight module. All these features and integrations have been working smoothly for me. I especially like the alerts feature, it’s really helpful to get reminders when a work authorization is about to expire, so we don’t have to track it manually. What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

We have been using Onblick for over a year. It is easy to use, and the I-9 /E-verify modules have been helpful when all the work is done remotely. It complies with all the rules; captures the signature log, geolocation, date & time stamp. We have a new module now for E Signatures, the OnBlick has launched the new module which is eSignRight, its very helpfull to initiated the esignature document from OnBlick. What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

The design of the system is very nice, and it is user-friendly.Recently OnBlick has added eSignRight whihc help us to maintain all our Electronic signed document in one place, its a very usefull feature. This portal has been extremely useful for managing immigration and payroll services. The Timesheet module is user-friendly, making it easy for employees to submit their timesheets directly from their ESS accounts. As an HR professional, generating invoices takes just a few simple clicks, saving significant time. The PAF auto-generation feature is also a great help, streamlining a typically manual process. I had some work done by OnBlick and was really impressed with the company. They understood that a simpler solution was better for meeting our onboarding needs. Currently Iam really impressed by the eSignRight integrations which OnBlick has recently added to initiate our paper work, its very easy going, we have few change request but OnBlick team is realy working hard to resolved it. but the feature is very usefull. And the I9 verification is also the best option we have in OnBlick, the LVV verification and LVV outside the OnBlick by selecting Authorized Representative is very usefull if we have any new onboarding. This Software helps to complete the I9 for the consultants who have been newly onboarded with ease with various options such as Physical, LVV via Onblick and Outside Onblick, and also helps us with Authorised Representative option which helps both Consultant and employer work easy.
