I really appreciate having control over the design aspects of show publicity, and as a high school teacher, having someone else handle the social media outreach has been a huge benefit. I can count on regular, clear Facebook posts about upcoming productions, along with email updates. Since it’s automated, I don’t have to think about it much beyond creating the site for each show. The ticketing options are also extremely easy to customize, both in pricing and inventory. The dashboard features make the entire process—from purchase to redemption—feel seamless. We receive our profits in a timely manner, we’ve seen a significant increase in revenue, and I can communicate directly with the team whenever I need anything. In my previous district, the On The Stage team also helped by providing access to their fundraising features, which completely changed the game for collecting money from students. Overall, the site and the team perform well and consistently deliver on what they promise.
