Onsite is fantastic! From the Implementation team to the support team. Any issues that I eve have are always resolved within minutes! The only downfall I would say is the document design. I would love to be able to start out with a template and go from there instead of having to start from the ground up. We are able to implement new procedures and processes that make our day to day function so much easier as a team that is in multiple states. I really enjoyed the new layout that On-Site implemented. It allows me to view recent leasing activity as we as follow-ups- all on the same time page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about On-Site? There are times that On-Site responds with a delay. For example, the search bar will not include an immediate drop down from time to time. On-Site allows me to access important leasing documents and conduct profile searches quickly so that I am able to do my job properly. Problems with their automatic emails (such as lack of compatibility with Gmail accounts) have been overcome by simply supplying an alternate email address. " 4.5/5 What do you like best about On-Site? I like that it is a one stop shop, you can do everything through this program when it comes to leasing. You can run background checks, credit screenings, have them apply, and have them sign their lease through this program. There is no hoping back and forth from different programs when having residents or prospects complete different parts of the applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about On-Site? For awhile On-Site was automatically adding deposits to our leases when this is not something it had previously done. The majority of our residents do not have to pay deposits upon move in because of excellent credit screenings and so it was inconvenient that we would have to resend lease corrections because On-Site was adding this... it took about a month to fix. I don't like that you have to click the print button to "sign" a lease...that doesn't make much sense to me. I also don't like having On-site and Onesite separated. I like being able to customize my homepage to have it feature aspects that I use most often. I'm able to quickly search for people by name. There seems to be glitches ever so often or the site will go down randomly. I can access recent payments and resident portals which often enables me to better see the issues that they are facing when they can't figure something out since I can basically see the exact same screen that they are.
