Easy to use eCommerce platform with a good team and active support **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2023 **What do you like best about Omnyfy?** Flexible system with it's Magento base framework and multiple helpful plug-ins to customize the eCommerce flows to the expected experience for the business. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** Design/UI could be slightly better and more inline with the latest trends, but might be cherry picking on this. **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to have a multi-merchant self service eCommerce platform for merchants to onboard and self-manage their inventory, order and logistics On top of that, having APIs and support to help integrate their system into our own eCommerce software. ### 2. I can easily manage my different vendors via plugins and add-ons. Support is really good and they help like a business partner in every aspect. And, I do not need to create anything from scratch, just have to use their premade templates. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** They should add some modules or features related to sales forecasting along with the inventory manager based on specific businesses l; like mine. Little difficult to learn some features but once you get into this it's easy to work on. **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using multiple marketplaces for my print on-demand business but haven't found anyone much interested in my success rather they just want to get their monthly upgrade checks. I need someone who doesn't just place or market my products but also works with me like a business partner. Omnify supported me in tough times and helped me together to reach my business goals. ### 3. Also the dashboard helps the user to be visible to all their e commerce dealings. The process it takes is less time consuming as well. **What do you dislike about Omnyfy?** No issues so far, but incorporating some ML based features maybe really helpful to users. The updates needs to be more resolved and optimised **What problems is Omnyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Omnyfy helped us to not search for multiple e commerce platforms for working. Also it has multiple shipping options which makes it unique from others. If you are a beginner then it helps you to build your own platform for from the lowest level. ### 4.
