It would make more sense that non-subscribers would automatically not be included in billable contacts. I am able to pinpoint and reach specific customers this way. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** The least helpful tool in Omnisend would be the customer limit on your account. I have to upload and remove customers often to keep the number below the limit count. I can send 18000 emails a month but only to X amount of customers, I have to always upload and delete. If you could duplicate Heather, you would have great company and excellent service, but unfortunately, everyone else is pretty clueless. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** We asked to downgrade the account to a free one because we are transitioning. All we received was a link to the FAQ, which did not help our situation. So after going back and forth with myself and a couple of team members for a few weeks, we finally just froze the account. We then got billed for 3 of our brands and requested a refund, and they issued credits to our account. Customer service was awful, and a lot of features that were promised were not existent. The help desk said certain features were impossible, and our implementation representative, Heather, figured it out and was excellent. Not a platform for advanced marketing. You cannot search SMS, and SMS numbers are not associated with the contact record, which makes it very time-consuming. I would recommend skipping it if you are vetting ESPs. **What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, they have lost our business. For instance, if I want to have a specific layout for my emails sometimes I can't find that exact design or I can't make it. What I like best is that you can create a campaign all inside of Omnisend only that will use your Shopify data to create it. There are different parameters and automation that you can put in place and once it is in place it is only a matter of maintenance to make sure things are running fully. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** I dislike that there is a bit of a learning curve to get things set up. There is a lot of trial and error to make sure that you are doing things correctly and efficiently. It also seems like a big app that is very powerful but learning all the many things it can do can take some time to get the hang of it. **What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that Omnisend solves is really taking the reigns on marketing. Although it may take a bit to get the hang of things, the app builders have thought of everything with this. There are so many tools that you can use to maximize your gains and ensure that you are sending quality content on a specialized schedule. I sent out emails that I was able to handle the times and dates and frequencies which puts your mind at ease, especially during the holiday season. I like the plain text options to keep it personal from time to time. I like the spinning wheel option for email signups. It's a great way to add a bit of fun to the experience. It was easy for me to transfer from Mailchimp and I find Omnisend a much more user friendly and cost effective option to Mailchimp. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** I haven't found anything that we dislike at this point. This platform offers an associate degree through an e-Commerce system with the flexibility to tug reports and manage products, promotions, and sales. It can be very economical and the most reliable code for any user. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** The main disadvantage of this platform is that this setup and customization method of Omnisend isn't very straightforward because of its most significant drawback. If we don’t have any plan concerning net development, we may realize it is tough to customize. The sole factor I dislike about Omnisend is that we tend not to create shipping rates in different countries. This choice of applications is incredibly restricted compared to additional solutions; however, these are free for many other solutions. My biggest issue though is the amount of work that goes into sending an A/B test for an email. This should be built into the segments or something so that I can simply send two emails to one segment and it'll divide it automatically. Creating a workflow and adding/deleting people from segments is far more complicated than it should and something I've never seen done.
