This was deeply disappointing because my business has always had more than one site to promote and sell our services. They don't even offer a universal embed code for online forms that can be used on more than one site. We found the pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other Shopify integrated apps. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** Some aspects of the interface are quite limited, for example we feel it is missing segment based reports (currently we have to duplicate campaigns to send to different segments to get accurate reporting). It also does not update tags in Shopify for customers if you edit the tags directly in Omnisend. I also would like the Shopify app to have functionality to stop certain emails from syncing to Omnisend either by domain or tag. I also would like more updated and better-looking email templates like Flowdesk. Also when adding images to emails, it's annoying not being able to drag and drop multiple images instead of having to click upload and the uploading one by one. It takes the guesswork out of sending an email to people who didn't engage with the first one which I really like. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** The ability to gather data and reporting on customers and emails is difficult at times and complicated. My biggest issue though is the amount of work that goes into sending an A/B test for an email. This should be built into the segments or something so that I can simply send two emails to one segment and it'll divide it automatically. Creating a workflow and adding/deleting people from segments is far more complicated than it should and something I've never seen done.
