OmniROI is the consumer research platform from ComRatings. It helps brand, media, ecommerce and product teams understand what consumers think and what they actually do, by bringing survey responses together with behavior recorded with consent on participants' own phones. Start with your own users. A Basic workspace lets you create and publish surveys, review and export responses, and manage your own participants, invitations and reward points. The Basic plan is free with no expiry, for up to 2 administrators with 30-day data retention. When a question needs more than answers, choose an analysis service: - AdView (advertising attention): which ads appear, and whether people stay or skip. Available with the selected service. - OneJourney (shopping journeys): touchpoints, paths and order patterns from discovery to purchase. Available with the selected service. - SearchView (ecommerce search): which products and brands shoppers actually see in search results. Project consultation. - SOV (advertising share of voice): advertising share, audience reach and exposure frequency by audience. Project consultation. - UXPlus (user experience): where people get stuck, repeat a step or leave. Pilot, currently focused on games. Participants choose to join studies through the Vision app. We ask for clear consent, use data only for agreed purposes, store it securely and respect deletion rights; participants can withdraw consent and request deletion. Every result states its sample source, scope and interpretation limits. Research services, platform recruitment, participant rewards and advanced analysis are charged separately. You are only charged after confirming a purchase. Reports are available in English, Japanese and Simplified and Traditional Chinese, depending on the service.
