OmniFocus is a very sophisticated piece of software, but it still is very easy for me to use. I use it for any kind of list I need to keep track of. Obviously I use it for normal tasks like what I have to accomplish for my projects at work, but I also use to to keep track of what groceries I need to buy and even what questions to ask our doctor next time we have an appointment. It's fairly expensive. I just checked and I have a pro version. That's because I bought OmniFocus 1 and got a free upgrade to OmniFocus 2 when it came out. If I was buying today I'd probably stick with the Standard version. There is also extra cost for the iOS version that is almost as expensive as the desktop version.
