Cloud-based system: no need for installation and can be accessed from any device; Free mobile app for management through iPhone and iPad; Integrates several tools so with a single extranet, you can manage all multimedia content from your hotel; Centralizes online bookings and integrates with PMS (Property Management Systems); Flexibility in creating rates and derived rates; System of operational reports; Centralization and automation of distribution.

**What do you like best about Omnibees?**

Definitely an easy managing tool for managers / executives monitoring Hotels. It is easy to download format, enabling employees to work from home. It is a decent software tool for hospitality. The simplicy enables users to learn about the software quickly. They also have great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Omnibees?**

There are better competitors such as Travel Tripper or Windsurfer. They need constant updates to compete with their competitors. 

**Recommendations to others considering Omnibees:**

I used this product for around 6-8 months. It took a very short amount of time for me to get accustomed to the tools - if this is not the product for your business, venture into a different product that offers better tools.

**What problems is Omnibees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They do not offer call center functionalities or RMS connectivities and a few other features that other softwares provide. They also lack centralized user & role management, and hopefully their updated newer versions will carry more important features.
