Omnia Manage is IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM) for managed service providers and in-house IT teams. Your RMM shows a device as it is today, not what has happened to it. Omnia Manage syncs devices from your RMM and MDM, and users from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, then keeps the history behind every asset: when it was first seen, who had it, what changed, and when it’s due for replacement. Beyond devices, it brings together: Software licences from any vendor, with Microsoft 365 licence reconciliation and the cost of unused seats Azure and AWS spend by service, with ways to save Contracts and renewals, with AI reading of uploaded contracts and notice-period reminders Warranty dates (from your RMM, or estimated) and a refresh forecast with replacement dates and costs Asset audits with a phone camera or handheld scanner, plus printable QR and barcode labels SSL certificate expiry and domain health checks Documentation and network diagrams For MSPs, every client gets its own register and a live client portal, with white-label branding on your own domain, client IT reviews, and licence pricing synced from your distributor. In-house IT teams get one register for the whole company. Built by an MSP that needed it. Early-access pricing is £79 a month plus VAT per workspace, with unlimited clients, devices and technicians and a 14-day free trial. Early customers keep that rate when standard pricing launches.
