The system is straightforward to navigate, so even new users can get comfortable quickly. Implementation was relatively smooth compared to other ERPs, with good guidance from the support team whenever issues came up. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference during the initial setup and ongoing use. I also find myself using it frequently because it covers a wide range of features, from finance to operations, all in one place. The integration with other applications is seamless, reducing data silos and improving overall efficiency **What do you dislike about Omni ERP?** While Omni ERP is quite effective, one challenge is that the system can feel overwhelming at first because of the number of modules and features available.
