**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like Omnea's customizability and ease of use. It allows us to really replicate and add on to the current process we have in place. The customizability really helps us improve our process and efficiency in an easy manner. Also, the initial setup has been very smooth so far.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

The budget module could be more extensive and elaborated. However, I know that is currently being worked on.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea enables us to get better visibility and control over our indirect spend.

The Flexibility of the product and great the TeamWork we have each day!

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

Some modules are not yet ready or fully developed, but this can also be an advantage, as we can then tailor them precisely to our needs.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Omnea as our Procurement Tool, means whenever someone within our organisation wants to purchase anything, it´s handled via Omnea. -> Intake and orchestration Module.

Reporting Module within Omnea to track the KPI´s of Procurement.

Intuitive, self-service platform enabling no code workflows designed specifically to support busy procurement teams and support staff where compliance is kept front of mind with audit logs, admin controls, and mandatory approvals.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

Lacking certain features to spotlight any delays in workflows with corresponding calls to action and auto update timelines throughout the workflow.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating approval & risk management workflows for third party suppliers to speed up contracting and centralise third party risk management.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

Omnea platform and the team behind it are very collaborative, flexible, and are always willing to translate our ideas into processes regardless if its iterative or future thinking. The support coming from our implementation lead has been fantastic. Always willing to help us get to where we want to be.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

We understand that we're part of their growth journey so there are limitations to the current system but efforts to improve gaps is very prevalent.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero to 1 transition of manual tasks into automated processes. It's one single place to flow through instead of moving through various platforms to get an answer or do an action.

Omnea is extremely customizable to meet our unique requirements. It allows us to integrate workflows across procurement, security, privacy, and IT to vet and onboard solutions faster for the business

Limited availability of GRC platform integrations at this time.

Omnea is helping us accelerate the comprehensive vetting and onboarding of new vendors and manage existing vendors across the vendor lifecycle.

The interface is easy to use, with solid workflows that help with supplier onboarding. Integration was smooth, and the customer support team was responsive and helpful throughout the product implementation.

Currently, we don’t use all of Omnea’s features, but this may become useful in the future.

A single source of supplier information, with clear visibility into future costs.

A lot of add ons that you have to pay for, even after paying the anual fee.
