I think the team are very hands on and treat their clients as human. The Support is outstanding and management to help the tool be fully implemented.

As mentioned, the team are great at taking this feedback and are creating improvements that I trust they will deliver,

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnea to streamline procurement, involving all departments in a digitalized process. It clarifies approvals and prevents lost emails, providing visibility and accountability. It also mitigates the challenge of tracking who approved what when staff changes occur.

Limited options re SME question sets - very much all or nothing in terms of what can be sent out

Not yet live but expect it to help with bottlenecks, less emails, information silos, audit

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

Omnea implementation was very easy and they've been extremely responsive. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and they've been receptive to ideas for new functionality.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

They have some functionality gaps, particularly in reporting, which would be helpful to have in the future.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea gets all our procurement contracts in one place and makes renewals easy.

There are some basic features that limits its capabilities .e.g user access limitations and upstream workflow changes

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

We use Omnea as our central third-party risk and supplier management platform. It provides a structured and flexible way to manage due diligence, risk assessments, renewals, and documentation in one place, which has significantly improved our oversight and audit readiness.
What stands out is the level of configurability and the ability to orchestrate complex TPRM workflows across teams. The AI-supported features and automation around renewals and risk tracking reduce manual effort and create better visibility for stakeholders. Collaboration between Risk, Procurement, and Product teams has become more streamlined as a result.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

There is still room to further refine reporting depth and some workflow nuances to meet internal needs.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Further to what was mention in the question "What do you like best about Omnea?" - Omnea has helped us standardize previously fragmented supplier processes and is helping us create a single source of truth across Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Product. This has reduced cycle times for onboarding new vendors, improved accountability, and made ownership clearer across complex supplier relationships.

From a regulatory and audit perspective, the improved reporting, traceability, and control environment are major benefits. We can easily evidence decision-making, approvals, and mitigations, which strengthens our compliance posture and reduces preparation time for audits and supervisory reviews.

Easy to implement, with quick support. I also like the built-in integrations and how intuitive the product feels to use.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

The UI design features are limited.
Omnea only supports an easy setup, while more complex or customised projects either need to be built by engineers or aren’t possible yet.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives good visibility and creates a single entry point for all requests. It’s easy to check SLAs, and after analyzing the data, it’s straightforward to work on the issues and address problems more effectively.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like Omnea for its data centralization and the transparency it brings to workflows, which helps reduce manual work. The reactivity of the system and its business-friendly nature stand out to me. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, which is really helpful. The source to pay workflow is particularly valuable to me. I like the support and teamwork aspects as well.

The process for renewing purchases. It not only triggers a reminder but an actual trackable workflow

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

The inability to easily add or adjust approvals on the go. I'd like to be able to add external people to a task even if the items was triggered to be completed internally.

The ability to trigger renewals in a timely basis. The ability to easily gather information directly from vendors
