I use Ominiflow primarily for my ERP notification needs related to billing and invoices. One of the standout benefits I've experienced is that after switching to Ominiflow, we're able to send invoices via WhatsApp, ensuring vendors read and respond immediately, addressing the issue of late payments we faced when using email notifications. Another crucial aspect I appreciate is their on-call support. It's been incredibly helpful, especially when we need assistance with API integration, as their tech team offers end-to-end support through Google Meet calls. I really like how the team at Ominiflow is very honest and supportive. If something breaks, they come to us and support us on call or via Gmail. I also appreciate how Ominiflow's WhatsApp API integration increased our customer engagement from 5% to 30%, making it easier for customers to use our services directly through WhatsApp without switching to other apps. What do you dislike about Ominiflow? I'm not a fan of how credit lines are handled. We have to add a credit card and some criteria for billing, and it doesn't let us postpone billing easily.
