Customization of content to give the users a sense of belonging and exploration - this is made for them to see! It takes the burden off of full demo process to get their engagement and gives me a heads up on what they're most interested about! I like giving prospects the access to a peak of our system, at the comfortabliility of their own schedulle. We all know how busy days are and commiting to a hour long plus demo for something your cold called on isn't always ideal for the customer.
