**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I think it provides a much needed  solution to a problem we're all having. How do you get customers to stay engaged? Nurture email campaigns go straight to spam, so Omedym came up with a great solution, creating a tailorable microsite that lets customers engage with material on their own time.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It's still a little clunky to configure the microsites, but that's an easy fix as the tool matures. I don't view this as a long term issue, and look forward to how this till will develop as it ages.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a one-stop-shop for all of a customer's materials. It also provides a great tool for keeping customer's engaged, as you can tailor the microsite to their needs an interests. They talk about demoing and leaving recorded demos, but I have found that it drives up additional material viewing, like one pagers and case studies, which is just as useful to me.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

We use Omedym all the time—it’s become an essential part of our sales process. It’s helped us shorten the sales cycle by making it easy for customers to access the content they need, exactly when they need it. Instead of waiting for follow-up calls or one-off demos, they can get answers immediately, which keeps momentum going.

It’s been so impactful that we even created a monthly award for the team member whose content gets the most traffic in Omedym. That’s how much of a difference it’s made for us. It’s not just a tool—it’s a key part of how we sell now.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

We would like to use omedym after the sales cycle with the rest of our team so we are all singing off the same sheet of music.  some of the content is internal only or only some people should see it so it would be nice to have permissions.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym is helping us solve several key challenges. It gives prospects and customers instant access to the information they need, which reduces our reliance on repetitive live demos and follow-ups. This has directly contributed to shorter sales cycles and a more efficient sales process overall.  It also makes staying engaged with opportunities much easier—buyers can self-educate at their own pace, and we can stay top-of-mind without constantly chasing them down. Also, the ability to see who’s using the portal and what content they’re engaging with gives us valuable insight into buying intent and helps us prioritize follow-up more strategically.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Excited to leverage a service that streamlines educational resources for potential buyers! Sharing videos and documents from one central source has been invaluable in showcasing the value of our solution. The most challenging part of my job? Identifying buyers at the right stage of their buying cycle. Thankfully, Omedym has been crucial in assisting me with this task seamlessly. Integrating it into my sales process has been a game-changer. 

The exceptional customer support team deserves a shoutout! Their assistance and proactive approach have been instrumental. They even provide guidance on attachment accuracy, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Struggling to find time to set up and customize your portal? You're not alone! Many of us face challenges due to busy schedules. Simplifying your selection and streamlining processes can help save time. It's common for older customers to prefer traditional paper copies over online portals. 

Previewing the portal can be a hassle, especially when permissions are required. Simplifying this process could greatly improve user experience.

- Only in english (would need a french interface) - or option to select whatever language is preferred
- would like to clone portails vs starting from scratch each time
- when selecting content in the "library" search engine is bad, it doesn't populate results with a word - need the whole title - would also. 
- when adding contributors (internal) doesn't populate results with first name or last easily - wonky 
- video recording is great, but would be nice if we could add it to the library, not just as a file on the recommended content, easy to delete by mistake
- better integration with previous uploaded files & auto populating titles
- preview as you go/build option would be great vs logging in & email validation

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Omedym provides a platform with an updated interface to be able to share content with our clients in an efficient way; in such a way that we can keep track of what they have been reviewing and also offers a good degree of customization for the client, being able to add logos of the client's companies and organizing the information correctly. This increases our added value in negotiations and facilitates the review of the information to customers by allowing them to view all the content that we have been generating in one place.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I would like to be able to add documents in Excel format especially since many times clients ask us for quotes or project delivery plans and the best way to share them is with this kind of formats. It would also be great if we could add the calls we have made with them through our video call platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.).

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym provides a platform that allows me to avoid sharing information with my clients through email and also generates a follow-up of the shared content. It increases the added value of my negotiations by being a differentiating service with the competition and facilitates the review of documentation for my clients.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I love sending the portal link to my clients and showing them "Exclusive" content. I use this to upload a personalized video that thanks them for their business and quickly show them how to use the service. There are many preloaded options that my clients love as well. Clients keep coming back to review new services as well! I see these and then reach out to find further opportunities for me as a sales person and builds a deeper relationship with the client.

I have no dislikes with the system at this time.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a very complex product that sometimes is overwhelming for clients. This is a great way to give the client a resource that is self-service but also gives me insights into what they are most interested in.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I leverage Omedym for most sales processes.  It is easy to use, and helps build customer engagement with the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It can be tricky to add clients who are marked as "do not email" outside of the current workarounds.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have leveraged Omedym to gauge client engagement; seeing their time of login and the amount of time spent with each module / feature listed in the demo is a great "temperature check" tool on measuring a client's willingness to participate in my sales process and specific product interest.  

I also leverage Omedym as an additional touch outside of our scheduled calls. It's another channel for me to deliver value to the prospect.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The interactive capability this tool is able to provide is mind blowing! Giving the prospect free range to explore on their free time is very convinient and beneficial to me as well! This allows questions maybe we didn't remember or get around to in our meeting. Being able to upload pricing is also very helpful and being able to see alerts when they are interacting is very nice!

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The only aspect I have an issue with is most likely not a Omedym issue but a salesforce issue instead. When I have a prospect that has opted out of email I cannot send them a portal invite even when they have reengaged in a sales process and are expecting an invite. I have to go through a big process of them giving me permission to unopt out of no email policy.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our system has so much information and updated technology all the time that it makes it impossible to share everything you would like to. This portal allows me to do so without forgetting about important factors. I also like that I can upload my proposals into exclusive content and therefore see how many times the prospect may have viewed the quote. This gives the prospect the capability to decide when to explore and not feel rushed through a demo. I am able to gauge how interested my prospects may be and what sections they spend the most time in. How interested are they based on frequency and length of visits.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

1) Omedym's responsiveness. When we have a question or an issue, they are quick to come back to us.

2) The product solves a real problem. Sellers need to get lots of information in front of decentrallized buyers who want to interact digitally with us more than they want to interact face-to-face. For buyers who want to buy something but have to convince other internal team members to support the purchase, it gives them a way to advocate for our stuff scalably. It's light years better than email, Dropbox, and the like. 

3) In the end, we believe Omedym drives more sales and faster sales cycles.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The challenge with the systems is the content itself. In the end, Omedym relies on us to support it with content. If our content creation or administration lags, so does Omedym. Not sure how to solve that problem, but it's an adoption velocity challenge.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I love the insights that come with the abudance of resources available to my client. Having access to and seeing what the client is clicking on, what resources they are viewing, and how long they've been on the page really gives sellers an advantage in understanding what is important and a priority for their buyers. Such a huge upgrade from traditionally sending files individually. It is easy to imlement for buyers and integrate it into whatever the conversation surrounds. I have also had no issues relating to customer support.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I dislike how easy it is for clients to forget about the portal. If it is top of mind, they are in it often. But it is common that they go into the portal once or twice. and completely forget they have access to it. I wish Omedym sent out reminders about the availability of the portals the buyers have access to, considering it can be personalized for their needs.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives my buyer a personalized portal that resonates with our conversation. They have free access to go in and access all the necessary resources, reinforcing our conversations. They don't have to dig around, it is all in one centralized location. It benefits me because I can see when my clients are going in and looking, which gives me the trigger to reach out because it is top of mind for them. It is solving the traditional way of sending resources/documents/information.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I like Omedym's ease of use for both users and clients. It's easy to navigate and has enough features without being overwhelming (recommended page, 'search' tool, and more). It helps to consolidate files and is helpful for tracking client engagement which is great for every part of the sales process. I also love that we can invite multiple contacts so we can involve all necessary decision makers.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I would like more collateral/videos to be accessible in the system - but this is more on ADP providing the content rather than Omedym's. There isn't much I dislike from a client perspective. From a user's standpoint, I wish I could preview the portal without having to log into it (I'd like to see directly from the creation page as this would create less back and forth in the process).

My favorite part is the customizability and adtionaly how simple it is to keep everything there for a client. Making it easy to provide aditional information without having crazy chains of emails.

The Added IA functions and ease of use are AMAZING

Not a lot to dislike its a pretty straight forward. The appearance could be more modern, but it works perfectly.

The lack of comunicaiton and the mixup of emails and looking for previously sent information. It is benefiting me by keeping everything under one single platform and also informing me what they are most interested in.

Omedym is great because it allows you to give your client something of value to them for free and provide a resource they do not have to pay for as a lot of my clients are used to ONLY being told about services that will cost extra money.  This is ideal to begin a process with someone to show you care about their understanding of what they have or are going to have up and above just a 'quick sale'

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Omedym can seem like it will be much more of  a 'time investment' than it actually is.  I avoided it for a while thinking it would just had extra work to my sales process when, now, I see it does not take a lot of time once familiar with it at all and is an IDEAL way to begin a sales process with my clients.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym is helping to give my clients information on services they both HAVE and what I am selling them or recommending for them. Omedym works almost as a beginning 'demo'  folowing what I tell/show in the meeting and is a great 'resource' when clients are wondering how certain functions of their services work and all they are capable of!

I appreciate the ability to customize portals and tailor them to fit the specific needs of each client. I also like the domain feature for clients to be able to share the portals easily within the organization. My favorite feature is the ability to tell if someone engages with the portal, which individual(s) engaged, and the amount of time that they engaged with the content.

Sometimes it is difficult to find specific resources in the content library.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a follow up to initial, exploratory meetings, Omedym gives my clients the opportunity to explore potential solutions on their own time, allowing them to determine what products and services fit their needs before getting additional people and/or resources involved. This benefits me by allowing me to present multiple solutions and letting the client guide me to what they're actually interested in learning more about or pursuing.

Being able to share information about our services with client in one space. Plus, they get to browse other articles/ PDFs if they are looking for something in particular.

There is nothing that comes to mind, as my clients who have actually accessed the portal went through  with the sales process.

I can easily track if they are actually looking at the information i am sending them. If they aren't, I can then touchbase with them to make sure our timelines are still in sync, so i do not waste my time tracking down a client who isn''t interested anymore.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Easy, one spot to put all client facing documents.  Allows me to see when client accesses information.  Gives the client a single place to access all of the information that gets shared during a long sales cycle.  The best part is the ability to judge client interest by their engagement on the portal.  I use this for any client that requests information.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

When uploading documents, you can only upload one at a time.  i wish you could do a batch upload of multiple files and didnt have to individually rename each file when uploading.  It is difficult to edit the company logo, and it takes a long time to preview the page.

testing engagement for clients that are requesting information. having all information in one spot helps clients easily find documents, which speeds up sales cycles

The connection to SF. It would be nice to be able to add people to the portal without adding them to SF if they arent in there

So easy to use - with the pre-made templates, I am able to click and edit without having to spend tons of time building one out by hand

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I wish we had more options for templates - comp hr/comp talent double play, comp pay/comp ben double play, rather than comp pay only or grand slam

i know my clients hate all of the PDF brochures we used to send - this solves being able to keep everything in one spot - plus, i get to see what my clients are looking into/interested in!!!

In global this is a good and powerful tool - I love the fact we can easily track, it helps us to understand interest from our prospects.
You can also add all documents you have shared which simplify the process and centralized everything avoiding looking for in your past email to find it.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

over calibrated for some prospects (mostly French who are not able to speak in English) 
still some issues on some point (download documents)

A one stop shop for buyers to review materials , specific content and uploaded content. I love that you can see exactly what the buyer is viewing to tailor your solutions even further!

I don't love how the buyer has to click the link and re put in their email address to access the site. I wish the link directly put them into the homepage.

Omedym gives our prospects and clients the freedom to review our solution at their leisure. It helps eliminate many back and forth emails about our solution as they can see it in action on their own time.

Maybe a little more customization as to what the client can and cant see. This may actually be on our end but I would like to pick and choose certain features

It does quite a bit as it gives the client a sense of what our solution can do before we even take a dive in to their processes. It makes the conversation much smoother once they review our Omedym portal.

Adds value to multiple stages of a sales process: gains interest from prospects on the fence, differentiator to the competition, impactful follow up, gives flexibility to each decision maker to see the detail important to them, and gives me insight into how engaged a prospect is and with what topics.

nothing negative, but would say that the more content available, the better

Gives you a better idea of who is actually interested and engaged in the decision making process and which prospects aren't that interested, videos seem to be much more utilized in comparison to a prospect reading a document or long email, lets you see what is important to the decision makers who don't speak much during meetings, gives an avenue for external parties influencing the prospects decision to see the detail they need to ensure confidence in making their recommendation, provides an interactive platform for prospects to see a little at a time when availability is limited.

I use Omedym for two reasons. 1 - To provide information about my company's products and offerings to potential clients in the form of an easy-to-navigate portal. 2 - To house assets like PDF proposals and PowerPoint presentations from sales cycles. A client-facing portal takes only minutes to set up, and you get incredibly useful insights such as which pages your prospects are looking at, and for how long. Such a great way to measure engagement!

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It has to be linked to an account that's already set up in Salesforce in order for a customer-facing portal to work. So if it's a new account, you have to spend some time setting it up in Salesforce first before the Omedym portal is ready.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to effectively measure buyer engagement and gives me an edge when it comes to negotiations and closing deals, as I can monitor what my clients are looking at, and for how long.

The only downside I have seen with their portal is that there is a multi-step log in process when you send the registration link for a prospect which needs to be explained to prevent confusion - but that is a small inconvenience.

Their portals allow us to stay topical with a prospect without constantly reconnecting and hounding their emails.  In having the open portal for the prospect's team, they have the ability to learn what they want about our system and dive into what is important to them on their own time in a non-sales environment.

Anyone I need to access Omedym can do just that - customers get to see it and share it as well. Customization of content to give the users a sense of belonging and exploration - this is made for them to see! It takes the burden off of full demo process to get their engagement and gives me a heads up on what they're most interested about! It's very easy to use, I make sure to use it with every deal so they can review between the meetings.

I like giving prospects the access to a peak of our system, at the comfortabliility of their own schedulle. We all know how busy days are and commiting to a hour long plus demo for something your cold called on isn't always ideal for the customer. I've had great success with sending omedyms and generating interest to book a demonstration.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It's great to send proposals through and understand what pages of the proposal are looked after. However, having a e-signature workflow through Omedym would be great.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes customers are running tight schedules outside of our working hours that don't allow them to sit down for a full hour plus for a demonstration. Omedym helps this by giving anywhere anytime acess for a glimpse at the system to understand the unique benefits of ADP. On top of that having a search bar to better identify what they are after is great.

I send an Omedym portal to every prospect who agrees to meet with me. If they open up the portal, i can see what is important to them and what interests them by what they click and how long they watch it. Not always, but 90% of the time in my experience, if they go into the Omedym portal and explore different aspects of the solution, they are a buy, and not simply a casual shopper, someone kicking tires. With only a couple of exceptions, if someone uses the Omedym portal, i have won the deal. As soon as i book the meeting i send them the Omedym portal. Then, between our first conversation and when we actually meet, i can gauge their interest. Usually more than one person is involved in the process, and i will send an Omedym portal to the other people involved. 

I even send Omedym portals to people who don't agree to a meeting, but who i glean enough information from on the phone to know that they need my company's solution... then i see if they go into the portal and call them a couple of days later. 

Omedym helps keep the prospect engaged between first call and first meeting - but it also helps me know which sales processes are probably going to close - just because someone doesn't engage with Omedym doesn't mean that it isn't a valid process, but if there is high Omedym engagement, in my experience, it is almost always a valid process. Having some insight into prospect intent is helpful. 

Also, of course, if the client asks about certain things, it is nice to be able to recommend certain videos within their portal that will address their question.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I love the tool and use it multiple times a week - but the word 'Omedym' doesn't roll off the tongue, and the fact that it is 'my demo' spelled backwards doesn't make that better, it makes it worse. But it isn't an issue at all, i just call it a 'content portal' and the tool is a great asset.

I like that this gives groups I'm in conversations with a customized outlet to do conduct research. There are more decision makers in a process that are more educated today walking into a sales process than ever before. They spend lots of time online researching the vendors prior to joining a meeting with anyone. Omedym gives them a place to do research on their own time, invite additional colleagues to join (that aren't on regularly scheduled calls), and lets me include all collateral related to the process in the same place. It easily integrates and summarizes the activities of the groups I'm in conversations with so I know what is most important. I use this for all groups after a first meeting - it's easy.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It's one extra step for the client/prospect. Sometimes they don't want to utilize the portal. It isn't adopted by every group I'm in conversations with.

Putting everything in one place with the Exclusive Content section makes it easy for groups to find everything in one place vs combing through many emails. I like that I can include a link to the tech demo right in that section. It also helps me understand who is important to the buying process that might not be on calls with us.

It is hard to get people to click the link to use it and understand, sometimes I wish I could provide a screenshot or something else that doubles down on how great of a resource this is.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Omedym is very helpful for presenting information to clients/prospects in a way that is interactive, organized, and fully customizable. The premade templates are an excellent starting point, and you can either leave the portal as is or upload custom content, such as a quote and pricing information. I frequently use omedym instead of sending a client a lengthy email with a ton of attachments, because omedym presents the information almost as if it is a website/sandbox that the customer/prospect can click through at their leisure. Having the information categorized by topic with the ability to search for specific information or questions is also helpful and makes the experience more seamless for the customer/prospect navigating through the system. Once your client/prospect has gone through the omedym portal, you receive an email that tells you exactly what they viewed and how much time they spent on each area-this is very helpful for assessing which areas are most critical for the client/prospect and lets you know which areas you should focus on in future conversations.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Not necessarily an Omedym issue, but if a contact is opted out of receving email it is slightly more challenging to get them access to the portal and you have to take additional steps to get them added. Not a huge issue however!
