Organize your subscription databases for print products, e-newsletters and websites and maintain opt-ins/opt-outs to your specifications. They also mail eblasts, website personalizations and email journeys to help monetize and increase your subscription database. Some of their systems are overcomplicated and can take a while to learn how to use them correctly. I like that Omeda will allow us to to send a PDF to print through their system, thus incorporating a Digital + Print offering which doesn't seem to be duplicated. The system is so clunky, expensive, and archaic that it begs the question: "Why are we paying this much and can something else do it better."
