The Bid Management features alone, assignments, comment threads, expiry of content, etc., are well worth the cost. Add to that the ability to search for previous content in an intuitive manner, and Ombud Rx becomes a no-brainer. The support team at Ombud is remarkable as well. It would be nice to have folders in the Workspace library and the search feature currently relies heavily on keywords, though an upcoming release will add AI capabilities. You still have to review the responses, as it doesn't have full AI to figure out the best matching answer, and your suggested answers are only as good as the data you put in.
