Recommendations to others considering Omatic Software:
If you have any questions, please contact Omatic customer support today. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are also often more knowledgeable than the software companies with whom they partner. Many of the developers and technical support staff used to be employed by the companies they partner with, which best equips them to support any of the related plugin software that Omatic writes.
If you are having any difficulties with data cleanliness or need to reclaim the time and efficiency you lose by having to get human eyes on every piece of data you import, don't hesitate to reach out to Omatic. An account executive will be happy to assess your needs, and once identified, they can set up a free demo for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Omatic Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicates within my Raiser's Edge database are nonexistent when utilizing MergeOmatic and ImportOmatic.
All new incoming addresses are clean and in the proper format required, thanks to the level of intelligence I can input into the services.
The built-in service for Raiser's Edge offers almost zero intelligence for the transfer of information between Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge. You have to get human eyes on every single incoming change. This is not feasible when having to process thousands of changes. However, when incorporating Omatic's Luminate Connector, we can now process any number of records with the parameters we want to include in the import. The intelligence within the Luminate Connector allows us to control duplicates, incorrect addresses, and volumes of constituent changes all at once. We can even set parameters around the kinds of changes we want to get eyes on before they are ever allowed into our database by sending them to a separate file for review.
Implementing Omatic solutions for clean, sanitized data has been a no-brainer for us. We are delighted with this company and the solutions they provide! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
