There can also be a lot of push notifications sometimes, they're useful but can be annoying. **What problems is Omada Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to lose track or motivation when trying to live a healthier lifestyle. This app has coaches who help keep you on track and motivated to continue. It also let's you track your food and activity to keep an eye on trends. ### 3.
