Huge time saver, although there is still room for improvement. **What do you dislike about OLTPRO?** Regarding the document imports, there's no way to use it to update existing entries for carried-forward accounts. It will create a new entry. Also, it makes you manually update the full SSN for the entry (when most forms only show last four digits) even though there's already a drop-down to select who it belongs to. **What problems is OLTPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I prepare Tax Returns professionally. My subscription to OLTPro allows me to file an unlimited number of Income Tax returns--Federal and State--for Individuals and all entities (C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Non-Profits). It also includes Gift Tax Returns and Estate Tax Returns.
