I believe OLR is not just a provider but a partner.  They will partner with you and assist wherever needed.  They have folks that used to be employeed by Oracle on their staff so their knowledge is great

**What problems is OLR America Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us support, maintain, and even develop our Oracle Point of Sale as well as ORCE and OMS (Order Management System Cloud) softwares.  We have a team of solution experts that assist us in maintaining and updating, as well as supporting our Oracle solutions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The only problems we can sometimes have, is getting their offshore developers during our business times.  Even then, they are very speedy at finding someone to assist.
