The only downside from an administrator side is the cost and pitching it to stakeholders that aren't accepting or understanding of this kind of perk or as I see it - a necessity- in the workplace. It's great that you can use it whenever you need it! No matter if you're booking 1:1 sessions, you're sending a message to the therapists, joining the webinars or using the self-guided courses - I think it's a great tool for everyone and can be used on a weekly to daily basis. Even if you're not "doing unwell". It's very easy to use and create your profile to get tailored content and the right therapist. Their customer support team is very responsive and helps with whatever concern you may have. I also like the integration with slack, so I don't forget upcoming sessions, as well as the phone app to e.g. do meditations in the morning before logging into your work laptop. I've been using Oliva for almost 9 months now. We have access to it from our company and it's one of the better works we have. As a caseworker in a homelessness space we have a lot of difficult conversations every day, and having direct access to a therapist can be so helpful. Oliva's matches are pretty good, I've been matched with two separate practitioners and I have to say both have been pretty good. I'm really happy with the therapist I've been assigned, and the length of sessions compared to other online therapy providers. Would definitely recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oliva Health? I think the AI transcribed notes could be better. Sometimes when I'm having a really good conversation with my therapist and have an important break through, I forget to take notes, thinking the AI will record it after anyway.
